I was house shopping with my sister last week.
- Her hubby had to work, so she had me tag along to take pictures plus deliver my opinion.
I wasn’t the best at house shopping, although I was up for a day out of the house. She knew my hubby was an Heating plus Air Conditioning specialist plus thought I could deliver her some ideas about whether it was a wonderful AC device or heating system. I told her I knew nothing about Heating plus Air Conditioning systems, however with some pictures, my hubby could deliver her some ideas. All of us saw so more than 2 houses over the next five minutes that I could not remember what the houses or the Heating plus Air Conditioning looked like. If it weren’t for the pictures, I would have been lost. All of us both laughed when we looked at the a single picture. The house was cute, however the lawn was so small, they could not put a central a/c device outside. They had to put the AC device inside the garage. I wondered how it was going to get enough airflow to get a/c into the house. Then we realized getting a/c into that house would be easy. The AC device was on the outside wall of the house, plus the mini garage was connected. There were only three rooms in the house, if you didn’t include the powder room, plus they were all quite small. How the realtor thought this house was going to be sizable enough for my sister plus her six-year-old son,son was totally beyond me. All of us kept the picture, however scrapped that house as a possibility.
