When painting, ventilate!

When painting inside your home, one thing you must do is ventilate – during and after the project! Never paint with closed windows.

It could be deadly. However, one thing that helps is to have both a portable air conditioner and a portable media air cleaner. With these two things, they will help clear the air of all the paint fumes, if run at the same time with a few windows opened. It can truly make the difference between having to leave your home for a day, or not have to leave at all, if you spread it out and do a single room at a time. With a portable air conditioner and air purifier, you can clear the bad air quality created by the paint fumes in just a few hours’ time. Without these, and just using the windows, it would be well over 24 hours, and you would most likely have to leave the home for the day, perhaps even two days. It is tough to say really. But what isn’t difficult to say is that if you have these two things, you will absolutely speed things up. You’ll have that bad air quality from the paint fumes out of your home a heck of a lot faster! I tried it out and it worked for me perfectly the last time I did some painting in my home.
