The system that I would fall in love and get married seemed unlikely to me at best. When I told my parents, I was afraid it was going to shock them too much as she’s now near 74. I’m in my early fifties and finally taking the plunge. There was plenty of shock and awe from my coworkers at the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning office as well. Nobody ever thought I would finally get hitched. I am not sure exactly why that is because I have had pretty serious boyfriends over the years. I never actually felt close enough to any of them to consider marriage. But after that I met Ed and getting married seemed love the most natural thing to do. Ed and I happened to be the same age and actually met a long time ago. Both of us worked for rival companies and would attend the same commercial Heating and Air Conditioning of conferences now and again. It’s not that Ed and I were colleagues sharing the same Heating and Air Conditioning in the office however Ed and I knew each other from business. Both of us also attended some of the same social events. However, over all these years, Ed and I didn’t get close until recently. And now we’re buying a new condo together and choosing new residential Heating and Air Conditioning. It’s actually cool to be able to be a 1st time married guy in a new place. The new Heating and Air Conditioning devices are putting out just the best quality heating and air both of us could have ever asked for. And residing with my partner Ed has also seemed love the most natural thing to do. Ed and I even have the same sort of heating and cooling needs. So there is no fighting or need for a compromise when it comes to the Heating and Air Conditioning control component settings.

For me, less is always more when it comes to all the technology stuff in my life.

I’m thankful for more than 2 aspects of modern technology however it can also just be a bit overwhelming. For sure, modern technology makes my life much more convenient, then yet, I am still a bit cautious when it comes to modern technology as it applies to all the things in my life. I would love to still count on my own brain when I can, and I also do not actually need every nice new tech gadget. It has something to do with the fact that it took me this long to get a smart AC control unit. If it had been up to my partner, both of us would have had a smart AC control component long ago. Actually though, both of us were both waiting for that initial Heating and Air Conditioning technology to be refined… Neither of us wanted to spend a bunch of currency on a smart AC control component only to have it be obsolete the next year. So both of us did wait and I continued to be the single AC control component patrol. But recently, both of us took the plunge and called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to send over a Heating and Air Conditioning professional to install a smart AC control unit. I just wish I knew then what I believe now when it comes to this kind of Heating and Air Conditioning technology. I would have done this far sooner, then the Heating and Air Conditioning professional gave the smart AC control component basic parameters; From there, it’s basically been on its own. I just let the smart control component do its thing and both of us saved more than 15% off Heating and Air Conditioning cooling this summer, then obviously, the smart AC control component does a much better task of maintaining AC control component discipline than I do. And it’s actually a piece of technology that I can love without it always being in my face.

So I made an appointment with the Heating and Air Conditioning biz expecting to meet a man. But instead I got to meet my partner Ed who is also the best Heating and Air Conditioning supplier I’ve ever met. Every time anyone mentions the south, I was consistently sent into a dream.

I’d visited a few times however for 1 reason or another, it was sort of a dream of mine to live down there.

I can’t say why however it just was. Of course, that was never more true than during the Winter months when I have to deal with a gas furnace that was running all the time just so I do not freeze. So the thought of living somewhere far away that I could finally get outside while in the Wintertide months would be a dream come true. My biz ended up merging with a odd supplier from down south & I ended up being asked to relocate down south. It was absolutely a great deal because it was more currency & another job achievement. Once I got down here, the first thing I noticed was of course the weather. When I arrived in the summer, I thought I was going to melt. The heating pump in our new beach house saved me. It’s the latest in Heating & A/C technology when it comes to residential Heating & A/C. It was such a lifesaver that first summer. I need all the Heating & A/C cooling & more if I could have gotten it. But that sort of heat is absolutely only around for about more than two or 3 months. Once you hit September, the weather is just about perfect. The heating pump may kick on a little bit while in the Wintertide to knock the chill out of the beachside house in the morning. But that has about all the heating both of us need. I’m so grateful I finally got to live this dream because I just prefer it here.

 

Changing the A/C priorities in our home

I have various neighbors & many friends.

But the absolutely close friends I have are few & precious to me. My neighbor Stan is 1 of those people. Stan absolutely is a great lady on every level. There are people out there who see Stan coming & try to take advantage. We’ve been friends since meeting in a commercial Heating & A/C at the office various years ago. Stan was absolutely 1 of the 1st people in our supplier to work remotely so she did not come into the commercial Heating & A/C every morning. So when Stan did show up at work, I loved to spend time with him. Stan is so knowledgeable in our industry & also so willing to help others understand the finer points of what both of us do. Stan absolutely works to try to help everybody be better at their jobs. And Stan does it because she cares. The two of us hang out together outside of work & have grown absolutely close over the years. She even invited myself and others out to her lodge which is something that is pretty rare. Stan lives way out on some property & just barely still on the electrical grid. The heating in the beach house comes from a wood stove & until recently there was no another residential Heating & A/C. Stan is super technical & can put together or install just about anything. Stan ended up buying a pair of ductless heat pumps to go in her lodge. Not so much for the heater while in the Wintertide however for the air conditioner in the summer. So I went with Stan for a long weekend & both of us were able to install the ductless heat pumps ourselves. I must say that I was absolutely amazed with the sort of quality heating & air that comes with the ductless heating pumps.

I wish I was a bit better with controlling our emotions at times. Yet, I tend to be pretty defensive whenever I perceive disrespect towards myself and others or our family. Apparently, this goes for my family home & for our Heating & A/C unit as well. It took us a long time, however our partner Ed & I decided it was best to put the family home up for sale. The real estate market was just on fire at the time & Ed and I couldn’t pass it up; Considering that both of us had been talking about selling this home for years, this seems like just the right time. The two of us called the realtor who was proposed to us to come out & list our house. She barely even said hello before she started to rip into our stadium. Like I said, I can be a bit sensitive do any sort of attack or insult on anything I love. And I absolutely became aggravated the longer she critiqued are home. And when she got to the Heating & A/C machine I pushed back. As long as I’ve had this Heating & A/C equipment, I have invested in plenty of Heating & A/C service every single year. The residential Heating & A/C unit wasn’t even 15 years seasoned at the time. So there was plenty of life left. I felt pretty miserable at the suggestion that both of us had to replace the Heating & A/C unit. And that pretty much ended the visit. The next time she came back she was much more respectful & she brought along some data from comps in our area that proved her point. See also informed myself and Ed of a program with the local Heating & A/C supplier that would recycle our Heating & A/C equipment. It could go to people or organizations that needed better Heating & A/C machines however couldn’t afford them.

I can’t remember any time when I wasn’t able to rely on air conditioner while in our brutal heat & humidity of the summer. Of course, both of us had a heat pump to give it all the central air conditioner in our home. But Gramps grew up on a farm & was used to scheduling her life around the high heat & humidity of summer. I can still remember him preferring to go out on the porch to catch the breeze in the shade than kneel inside the central air conditioner of our dad’s home.

I haven’t absolutely asked her even though I imagine that our partner Jen would still shake her head about how stubborn I can be about a Heating & A/C replacement. The older I become, the more I see life coming sort of full circle when it comes to most things. There seems like just 1 immense circle running through our life. So various seasoned things are quickly made new again. That is certainly true when it comes to our Heating & A/C heating method. Recently, Bob and I just built a new beachside house that has 1 floor & just many study rooms. We’re in our early 60s so it’s time to simplify as much as both of us can. Our new home was a custom made job that both of us helped design. And Bob chose a geothermal heat pump for our heating & cooling needs. This style of Heating & A/C machine uses the nearly constant temps of the earth in order to extract energy for heating & cooling. It’s pretty fascinating as far as a heating & cooling units go. The other nice thing is that it lasts for nearly 40 years. So this heating pump will be the last 1 both of us have to put in; Bob & I also like the sustainability aspect as it’s just about the most efficient residential Heating & A/C. However, it is the Heating & A/C heating unit that absolutely blows our mind. With the geo heat pump, heating energy is transferred through radiant heated floors. That comes from copper pipes underneath the flooring. It takes myself and Bob back to when I was a little girl & would visit our Grandparents. They had an immense boiler in the basement that provided radiant heating throughout the house. It was the coziest heat I’ve ever experienced. And now all these years later, I’m experiencing that same sort of cozy radiant heating once again, but like I said, it just seems like circles over & over in our lifetime.
