My husband plus I just bought ourselves a brand up-to-date furniture set; Our ancient furniture set my buddy and I bought from a garage sale about ten years ago, so my buddy and I figured that it was time to replace our furniture set.

Our bed was a queen size so some evenings it wasn’t really comfortable! However these past few evenings have been even more uncomfortable going to bed, and it didn’t help that I was coming down with some kind of cold even though I thought our up-to-date king bed was going to be much more comfortable.

I was wrong. I went to bed plus woke up drenched with sweat. I had a feeling that my fever broke. I decided to make sure that I saw the healthcare expert’s the next day because I didn’t want to get even more sick, then when I woke up feeling really sweaty, I couldn’t sleep. I got up, walked downstairs plus turned our air conditioner on. It was the first week of Spring plus it was still cold out, but I couldn’t go to bed feeling hot. I switched my temperature control to cool plus set the temperature down a few degrees. I went to bed somewhat relieved that the air conditioner was on. Hopefully the cool air coming out of the vents will aid to the sickness that is coming over me. However before my husband wakes up in the day I’m going to have to shut the air conditioner off plus switch it back to heat because he’s always cold… Plus I don’t want him to complain that he’s chilly when he gets out of the shower.

I thought graduating from school a fall semester early before all of my friends was going to be a piece of cake… Unluckyly it has not, and trying to find a job before I have to pay my student loans in a couple of months has been a pain.

I’ve applied to over fifty jobs, been on at least twenty interviews and still nothing! It’s ok, I’m not going to supply up just yet. While I’m trying to find a job that I went to school for I’ve been working a few days of week bartending. Bartending is fun at times however on weekends it gets honestly busy. The tips that I make are fantastic and I save them on the side to start paying off my student loan! Yesterday I had training and the first night that I was there I was frosty. I asked the supervisor who was training me if the heat was on, and he told me that it wasn’t and that they weren’t going to put it on until more shoppers showed up! I already knew from a few other people that he wasn’t a nice supervisor. I won’t be here honestly long it’s only until I find a job. But what kind of supervisor doesn’t put their Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system on. I could see the control device from the bar. You don’t know how badly I wanted to put the temperature up high. It was set to 67 degrees however I was cold… After about an hour more people showed up. The supervisor went to the control device and flipped on the switch for the boiler to go on.

My family is coming over this weekend as well as I have a lot of things to prepare for before they come as well as stay at my house. I live in the northeast as well as my family is from the west. They don’t get to experience a lot of winter season as well as snowfall in the part of the west that they live in, so it will be very exciting for them to come as well as see all of the snow that my great friend and I have gotten so far. When my heating as well as cooling specialist came to diagnose the concern it turned out that the thermostat cable shorted. This was a concern that I could not fix on my own as well as a professional heating as well as cooling repair guy had to fix. After he replaced the thermostat cable I was finally able to love the fan that’s installed on my heating as well as cooling system. Now I’m able to turn it off when I don’t need to use it.

We had quite the severe storm rolling through our area recently, so I took it upon myself to go out and check the outdoor components of my heating and air conditioning system.

• Luckily, no damage was done to the housing of the condenser unit or any other part of the HVAC unit outside.

However, there was a whole bunch of yard debris in the area of the HVAC equipment that needed to be cleared out. Also, upon further inspection, I realized that some debris had gotten inside the condenser unit! I decided to call out an HVAC technician to have the inside of the condenser unit cleared of all debris and cleaned thoroughly. When he came out, he also advised me that certain bushes and shrubs and even a nearby overhanging tree probably needed to be pruned to prevent the possibility of branches or leaves or sticks clogging up or causing damage to the outdoor components of the HVAC system. In fact, he admonished me that I was lucky that the severe storm that had blown through had not caused any harm to my HVAC system. He also showed me how to remove the grill from the outdoor condenser unit so that I can clean it out myself in the future. He told me that I needed to shut off the HVAC unit first before opening up the condenser unit, because I definitely wouldn’t want those fan blades going when I’m trying to clean! It may seem like an obvious tip, but I appreciated it, because I can be absent-minded!

I am a stay at apartment mom, i decided to stay apartment with my children about two years ago when our youngest child was born, my associate and I thought it was best that I stay apartment with our two children since my pal and I didn’t want to search for a babysitter; Plus my pal and I don’t want to pay for a babysitter everyday.

My associate and I thought that that could get a little extravagant, when my children and I are apartment together I make sure that my oldest child, who is going into pre k next year, is learning. I will show her flash cards with numbers and words and I willteach her how to write the alphabet. I believe this will be genuinely beneficial for her before she starts university. While I was teaching my child on the floor I saw some black soot on my end table in my family room. I stopped our teaching session and looked at the other surfaces in my home, there was soot everywhere too. It looks like there is pepper all over my furniture. My heating system has been on for most of the afternoon but I’m confused as to why there’s soot. It seems a little hazardous because my pal and I are breathing this in. I decided to call my HVAC provider to schedule an appointment with a worker. While I was waiting for him I decided to turn my HVAC system off. I’m hoping that it’s just my air ducts needing a cleaning and not some major repair… Hopefully there’s a solution so there’s no more soot circulating in our home.

My parents have a home that is pretty old.

They still live in the same home that I was born & raised in.

The home is about 45 years old however it is still in good condition. My parents are much older now & the things that they could do ten years ago they can’t do now. My Mom used to be so strong & could carry heavy things around the house. He was really handy & did a lot of the landscaping & reconstruction of their home, however now that he’s much older he doesn’t keep up with the landscaping. I’ll go over to my parent’s home just about every weekend to do the landscaping & help them! Recently they called me up about their new Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. They had an Heating, Ventilation and A/C system put in last monthby an Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional. The other day when I was talking to my friends they told me that I should have went with the Heating, Ventilation and A/C professional that I did for my parents. I asked them why & they told me that they are known for not putting in the right size Heating, Ventilation and A/C system. Therefore when my parents called me the other day about how loud their Heating, Ventilation and A/C system was sounding I figured that they must of had the wrong size system in their house. My parents told me that the fan was set to the lowest setting & they couldn’t even hear themselves think. I’m going to call another Heating, Ventilation and A/C provider to take measurements & see if the Heating, Ventilation and A/C system is oversized.

I worked overtime the other day because it’s the end of the year in addition to my associate and I have to come up with solutions on how my associate and I want to better the company, since everyone is so busy during the week my associate and I had to come into labor on our day off in addition to have a meeting upstairs at the office, then i particularly dread having any contact with the upstairs office! The reason for that being is that there is no ventilation in addition to it’s always so warm in there in the summer time in addition to always undoubtedly cold in the winter time in addition to there is no form of air conditioning system component or heater, our boss decided to set up a portable air conditioning system unit! He thought that even during the winter time time it would be beneficial since there would be some sort of air circulating through the upstairs.

I did not guess it was the greatest idea because winter time air is already dry in addition to having air conditioning system on is only going to dry out the office space even more; My pal and I were all upstairs for a wonderful three hours for the meeting in addition to I left with a undoubtedly scratchy throat.

I guess because the air was so dry in addition to at times it was so chilly, that was the result of it. I have to deal with a scratchy throat in addition to it potentially leading to a cold. I was honestly on a roll with not getting sick during the winter, and but I guess that has going to change thanks to the upstairs office not having any form of ventilation, the air conditioning system being on, in addition to even coming into labor on my day off.

I was one of the few kids in my group of high school friends who didn’t have a car.

• I had to bum rides from whoever I could whenever I couldn’t borrow my mother’s minivan.

Back then I just wanted to spend endless hours driving with amazing music playing on the car stereo. This is what my friends and I would do more than anything else when gasoline was cheap back at that time. Although once I hit 18, we were often “smoking” in the car as much as I don’t like to admit to it these days. We would get something really strong, feel the effects, and then space out to some trippy sounding music that we’d take turns curating. This was right at the beginning of the smartphone era so we all had CDs and MP3 players at the time. I inherited an SUV from a family member after I graduated from high school and I’ll never forget how good I felt getting that car detailed for the first time and putting my stuff inside to make it “mine.” I had CDs all over the place by the end of my freshman year of college. Unfortunately, the air conditioner in that car only lasted for six months after I got the coolant recharged during my detailing visit. The mechanic thought that it just needed new coolant, but we later determined that it had a leaking compressor. You could top off the coolant in the car’s air conditioner, but then it would drain within six months of daily use, leaving you back where you started again.
