HVAC Information For Homeowners

I’m watching the market bounce back after what seemed like an eternity of falling. It is too bad I sold the good stocks that I had, but I didn’t know it was going to come back like this. If I held them, right now I would have about $55k, but as it stands now I am down to a mere $4k. I got stung pretty badly this past year, but I guess everyone has a year where they made all of the wrong decisions and lost a chunk of money like me. It doesn’t make me feel better knowing the local contractor lost a bunch of his money too, I still feel bad losing my HVAC rep dads money that he gave me when he died. I can only sit on my stock and wait for it to come back up to the point I can sell it and be done with this horrible investing strategy of mine. I should have worked at the HVAC business and kept that money in the bank like momma told me to do. I can’t tell her I lost it or she will probably disown me. I’ll just keep doing furnace cleaning and selling my HEPA filters online so that I can get a buffer in the bank again like I should have right now. I guess life is about learning lessons, but this one is a bitter pill to swallow. My central heating system is on its way out and it would be great if I can buy a new HVAC system for my flat next year.

We are zipping through the month of March very quickly, and it will be a blink of an eye when summer arrives and the tourists flood our town for another summer of fun.

I like the energy the eager tourists bring to our town, as winter can be very quiet and lacking in energy and sunlight.

It can be a pain to ride my bike to the sea because the streets are packed, but that brings a lot of energy and fun for the summer season. I will play some beach volleyball and a lot of music in local businesses around town, as long as they have a good climate control system to keep us cool. Between the beach ball games and music shows, it should be a fun summer for me as I close in on 60 years old. I will do some HVAC zone control installations this summer during the weekdays and at night I will play my drum or ball in the sand with my friends. I’m not sure if I will get back to the States this summer because I am a bit low on money right now, but you never know what happens and I could end up going back for a month. I will need some good a/c if I go back to the south where my family is living, and maybe I can stay in my dad’s air conditioned house with my stepmom for a bit of the time. Dad is gone, but he left the house for us so we can stay there when we visit.

 

Heating service plans for you

I have my dinner made for tonight, and so when I get home later after playing music in the streets I will be all set to eat right away.

• I made it last night, which means tonight it will taste even better, as the ingredients kind of mix together after sitting in the fridge overnight.

I made it a bit differently than the recipes online, but I think it tastes even better than their popular recipes. I didn’t use canned spaghetti sauce but rather made my own from scratch, which is probably why it tastes a bit better. The fireplace is roaring right now with a good fire and I also have my air purifier running to keep the air nice and clean in this flat. My little robot vacuum cleaner did its job this morning and cleaned all of the hardwood floors in our flat, and now we have a nice clean flat and dinner is already made. I only have to go to the local business and grab a HEPA filter later, and then I am going to grab my musical gear and meet my buddies to have some fun in the streets later on. We want to come up with a whole new flock of songs so we can upload them onto our website for the followers to listen to. We will work this weekend at the cooling supplier shop for a few hours doing a/c maintenance and then we will bring our gear out again and play on the streets for a while. That is the extent of our weekend.

Help with indoor comfort

I am thawing out in my office after spending 15 minutes in the ocean this morning.

I do my positive affirmations when I am in the sea while I stare at the sun for warmth.

The water can be bone chilling cold and looking at the sun seems to give me some warmth, even if it is only in my mind. I like to tell myself things that I would like to have in my life while I soak in the cold sea, it seems to give my day some direction and also gives me hope for the future. Fireplace cleaning is the task for today, as my local contractor boss gave me a handful of them to work on this week. Once I am done with that I am going to work on some stuff in my house and get things fixed up around here for the coming spring. I need to replace my hot water heater, but I am waiting for the new one to arrive first before I disconnect the old electric furnace and get rid of it. Something shorted in it a few weeks ago and it kept tripping the breaker in the living room, so now it is on its way out to make way for a brand new unit. The HVAC company down the street had a sale on all of the gas and electric boilers and so we bought one from them and are waiting for it to be delivered this week. It could even come today, but we need to wait and see if it arrives.

My hands are numb and stingy right now after going in the freezing water this morning.

It was especially tough to do today because it was windy and cold out there, and there was also no sun to be seen.

We are going to play some music tonight at sunset with a few of us musicians, and hopefully the sun will be out to give us a bit of heat. It will be two singers, a guitar player, a tambourine man, and me the drummer. Actually it is just three people but we each do a lot of things. HVAC is needed this morning because of the cold temps, so I have my gas furnace going and keeping me warm right now. My hands still need to warm up some because they are numb and it is tough to type fast when I can’t feel my fingers. I am finally feeling like cleaning my HEPA filter today in the main heating and cooling unit, as the past week I was sick and didn’t feel like doing much of anything except sleep. I will still take a nap this afternoon so I can recharge my batteries before we go jam in the streets. I think the local business is going to have us do a show in their air conditioned club this summer, but right now it is still pretty slow in our town and the local contractor is still working on their place. I will go talk with the owner this weekend to make sure they are still on for us performing there.

That being the Mediterranean Sea, which wakes you up in a snap as soon as your warm skin meets the 55F water.

It does something to my brain as soon as I enter and I feel a focus and aliveness that ten cups of coffee won’t do. I only drink one cup of coffee a day, as I don’t want to rely on it to give me energy in the morning. I will finish this article and then hit the local business for some apples, after that I will go to the HVAC company to see what my hours are for next week and then I will go for my swim. We are going to be leaving town here in about 12 more days and I want to get in a lot of hours in the store so that I can take off ten days without hurting my bank account. We will play music in the mountains in places with fireplaces and heating, and it should be a really fun time for the five of us going. We will have some singers and musicians in our group and we will do a lot of singing and playing music while we are up there. I plan on doing some heating device repairs up there too for my local contractor friend, who usually gives me a good amount of work when I come up there to visit. I like to work for her because we get along really well.

Speaking of that, I am going to be getting a new unit in the next couple of days and will be draining my old tank and replacing it with a new one

I will write one more article and then I need to drop by the fruit stand and grab a bunch of apples. I eat an apple every single day to test the theory that it will keep the doctor away. It’s done well so far, but let’s see how those apples do when I am in my 70s and 80s, maybe I need two apples a day by then. I hope to be a working musician well into my last years, and if I can keep my diet and exercise regime intact I think I may be able to. HVAC system work keeps me going each week, and working with other heating and cooling experts is a fun way to make money each day. We like to joke around at work and listen to music to make the time pass by a little quicker. But I like doing heating and cooling repairs with these people, and time always seems to pass by smoothly for me, unless we run into a problem with a geothermal heat pump or a leaky hot water heater. Speaking of that, I am going to be getting a new unit in the next couple of days and will be draining my old tank and replacing it with a new one. I am pretty good at electric hot water boiler replacement and should be able to replace my little HVAC device in an hour or so. Then I need to haul the old tank down to the dump and toss it out. It will be great having heating again for our water tank!

I am feeling pretty sore this morning from playing two beach volleyball matches last night. This pro player was finishing up his teaching with two players and asked if I wanted to play a couple games. We played two games and won both of them, which was pretty cool seeing that I haven’t played for about six months. He is a really good player and usually wins his games regardless of his partner, but the guys we played against were good players as well, so I did pretty well considering my skills are a bit dusty right now. HVAC cleaning and repairs has been keeping me busy for the past six months, with the local contractor piling a lot more work on my plate than I normally have. I am fine with that because I needed to take a break from playing ball and let my knees heal some. I went to the local business a few months ago and they did an MRI on my knees and told me the cartilage is pretty much all gone in them, which was also due to the fact that I’ve been kneeling and working on radiant heated floors for the past 20 years. Residential heat and AC

I ran out of apples last night, which usually never happens in my life, so this morning I will run to the store and grab some before going on my bike ride.

I think the store down the road opens at 9am, and maybe I can beat the morning rush and get there right when the doors open. Hopefully there won’t be a line of people waiting outside to get in, and I can get my shopping done quickly so I can go to the beach for my swim after I eat my apple and kefir. The local businesses usually get pretty crowded in the mornings with the seniors shopping early in the day at the air conditioned stores and shops. I guess when I am old, which isn’t going to be much longer, I will probably want to shop early so I can be done with it at a decent hour. The new contractor is having a sale on the HEPA filters that go in my furnace, and I would like to get there as well and grab a few before the HVAC customers flood the store and take them all. It is always a good idea to have a few in stock in your home so that when it comes time to get a new one you are already there. My furnace filter has one of those new washable type filters, so I can just wash it and I don’t have to replace it, but as for my air conditioner, it needs to have a new one put in each time.

We are finally out of the cold weather, and now my power bills will be really low till next winter.

They cut the power rates way down lately and now we don’t have to cringe when opening the electric bill in the mail.

It will be smooth sailing for eight more months and I am trying to save as much cash as I can until then. I’d like to get a buffer in the bank of $5K by the end of the fall, so that when the cold weather comes I am not afraid to turn on the main HVAC system and heat the house up with the electric furnace. I feel more secure having $5K in the bank, so in case something comes up I am able to pay for it without any issues. I am working more at the heating and cooling dealership this summer and should be able to stash away my nest egg in a few months by doing more heat pump work and smart thermostat sales to customers in the store. We are also going to be playing more gigs in our band this summer at some of the beach bars, and we should be able to make a good chunk of money from doing that too. Then next winter I can cut back my work at the local business and focus more time on doing my furnace sales for my friend, who works as a local contractor in our town. I will work for him part time doing my stuff, and the rest of the time I will play music.

When it is time to do some Springtime cleaning such as now, it is particularly nice to open up all the windows while cleaning plus take in the good air quality! The air quality outside is so good that it makes it savor mother nature’s easily own whole condo whole-condo air purifier. I have an air purification plan in our condo that I use. And because of this, it is good to be able to deliver it a chop in the Springtime when the air quality gets particularly good around here! Cleaning the condo is a fantastic thing for the season. But what is even better is the fact that I get to have the windows open plus take a fortune of the free no energy air purification that the good air quality gives me! There is nothing in the whole wide world that savors it. I can not begin to tell you how much I savor this time of the year with the top of the line, all natural plus all super good air quality that comes into our section afternoon plus evening in the Springtime time weeks of the year! Though I am well aware that the air quality is going to get terrible again in a few weeks when the super overheated Summer weeks arrive. Then it will be back to cranking the central heating plus air conditioner’s cooling and the whole condo whole-condo air purifier. And no natural air will be available to love plus take in for multiple weeks until my friend and I reach the fall time weeks of the year. At that point it would just savor the Springtime.
