I was impressed by the bizarre types of heating and air conditioning systems when I went to a local heating and air conditioning company, however they were having sales on bizarre items… However, I was interested in the ductless mini split a/c. I was using window A/C units in my house while in the Summer months, and it was constantly such a hassle having to transport them around all the time, however with the ductless mini split a/cs, I would be able to have indoor units installed wherever I wanted without having to transport them around. They don’t only provide cooling either, they provide extra heating in the freezing season, however so I went for this replacement and I absolutely do not regret it! I care about the washable filters and how they are easy to clean every month. The best thing is that this cooling idea is severely energy efficient! Honestly, there is hardly a dent in the energy bills from using this heating and air conditioning system. It provides the ideal amount of cooling too and it seems effortless for this idea even on the hottest days! You would believe we’d see a sizable spike in the energy bills while in a heatwave, but when all of us experienced a heatwave, all of us kept cozy inside and there was not much of a spike at all either! I’m thinking in the future, I might go for a more advanced ductless multi split idea that covers the whole beach house including the basement and garage. I wouldn’t even need to rely much on the boiler idea any longer after that and having lower heating costs would be nice.
