All of us are going to be building an addition onto our lake house this Summer once the youngsters get finished up with school at the end of this month.

I have wanted to have an extra residing section plus an extra family room for a while now plus the time has finally come! All of us are hiring our general company this week plus the people I was with and I have already picked out the local Heating plus A/C company that the people I was with and I want to use for the Heating plus A/C area of the addition. I think that our current Heating plus A/C plan in the lake house will not be able to support the heating plus cooling that the people I was with and I will need in the addition, so we’re going to use an Heating plus A/C company to install something that will work. I’ve been doing some studying on the subject, plus I think that our best bet would be to get something called a ductless mini cut heating plus cooling system. If the people I was with and I get one of these after that I will not have to add any additional ductwork plus that is what I am hoping for. I don’t want to have to mess up the ceilings that the people I was with and I are going to be putting in plus if the people I was with and I use ductwork, after that I will have to lower the ceilings some or raise the roof. Any time you have to make a change like that, you end up having to spend more currency. That’s something that I would like to avoid if it’s at all possible.
