Both of us are going to be building an addition onto our condo this summer time once the youngsters get finished up with college at the end of this week.
I’m so excited about it that I can’t even kneel it because we have been waiting to do this for years now.
I have wanted to have an extra living area as well as an extra home office for a while now as well as the time has finally come! Both of us are hiring our general contractor this month as well as we have already picked out the local Heating as well as Air Conditioning contractor that we want to use for the Heating as well as Air Conditioning area of the addition. I recognize that our current Heating as well as Air Conditioning plan in the condo will not be able to support the heating as well as cooling that we will need in the addition, so we’re going to use an Heating as well as Air Conditioning contractor to install something that will work. I’ve been doing some reading on the subject, as well as I suppose that our best bet would be to get something called a ductless mini split heating as well as cooling system. If we get 1 of these then we will not have to add any additional HVAC duct as well as that is what I am hoping for. I don’t want to have to mess up the ceilings that we are going to be putting in as well as if we use HVAC duct, then we will have to lower the ceilings some or raise the roof. Any time you have to make a change love that, you end up having to spend more currency. That’s something that I would love to avoid if it’s at all possible.
