The people I was with and I are going to be building an addition onto our house this Summer once the kids get finished up with university at the end of this week. I’m so gleeful about it that I can’t even stand it because both of us have been waiting to do this for years now. I have wanted to have an extra residing area and an extra dining room for a while now and the time has finally come! The people I was with and I are hiring our general business this week and both of us have already picked out the local Heating and A/C supplier that both of us want to use for the Heating and A/C area of the addition. I recognize that our modern Heating and A/C plan in the house will not be able to support the heating and cooling that both of us will need in the addition, so we’re going to use an Heating and A/C business to install something that will work. I’ve been doing some reading on the subject, and I suppose that our best bet would be to get something called a ductless mini chop heating and cooling system. If both of us get a single of these then I will not have to add any additional HVAC duct and that is what I am hoping for. I don’t want to have to mess up the ceilings that both of us are going to be putting in and if both of us use HVAC duct, then I will have to lower the ceilings some or raise the roof. Any time you have to make a change love that, you end up having to spend more currency. That’s something that I would love to avoid if it’s at all possible.
