The world of heating and A/C suppliers are seeming to be changing a lot in the last few years, however at least in our local area, but i have noticed a trend that there are more independent heating and A/C specialists than typical heat and air conditioning system companies.
It looks prefer the heating and A/C companies are all in the major cities, during the smaller suburban towns prefer where I live, independent heating and A/C specialists seem to be running the show so to speak.
I don’t mind either way, I just thought this was an interesting fact that I had noticed regarding the heating and A/C company these days in our local part and surrounding areas. I guess maybe it could be because the heating and A/C companies do not want to bother to compete with independent heating and A/C specialists in small towns and in the immense town there really isn’t a need for competing because most independent heating and cooling workers are in the suburbs and the small towns. I recognize they typically have been. But the heat and air conditioning system companies used to try to fight them and put them out of business; They do not do that anymore and genuinely respect them and let them do their thing in certain areas, while they do their thing in the city. It really works out pretty superb if you ask me. I live in the small town so I have an independent heating and A/C specialist who I hire to take care of all our Heating plus A/C needs.
