One for the Winter and one for the summer.
The summer time condo of mine needs fixing before I go there in a few months. The main thing though is that the central heating and A/C proposal needs to be upgraded. The current heating and A/C component I have in there is on its way out and have had it for a actually long time. So the first step is to go shopping for a brand current and current central heating and A/C proposal unit. I will be going up there this coming weekend to take care of this. I am hoping that I can find a brand current central heating and A/C proposal that is on sale rather than have to invest full price. The cost of central heating and A/C proposal units have gone up quite a bit in recent years. But if there is nothing on sale I will have no option however to spend our money full price for the brand current central heating and A/C proposal because there is no doubt about the fact that the outdated one needs to be upgraded. Once I get the brand current and current central heating and A/C proposal taken care of, the next step is to have some repairs done to the swimming pool. That is a whole other story of its own. But once the heating and A/C proposal is upgraded and the swimming pool fixed, most of everything else should be actually superb to go!
