I’m so proud of my dad.
Ever since I was a kid I wanted to be just like my dad. My mom and I were always at odds and ends on things. We could just never really get along, but my dad was just the coolest guy around. He owned a little Heating and cooling business. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to own my own Heating and I see company just like my father, and on my 18th birthday my father gave me the best gift I could ever imagine. He told me that one day, I would inherit his Heating and cooling business. I was absolutely thrilled as someone who looked up to my dad and married him for the great guy he was, I have followed in his footsteps and become an HVAC technician myself. That’s how my dad started out, he went to college and got his HVAC certification and then worked for a small heating and AC business for a while before moving towns, meeting my mom, having me, and starting up his own business. It was an amazing thing to know that one day I would get to own my own heating and cooling company. I spent a long time just dreaming about what it would be like to be the owner of my own heat and a/c business one day, and what I could do with it. All of the customers I would have, and it would all be thanks to my dad.
