The client did not like the quote

I inspected an A/C concern for a residential client as well as the woman was truly unhappy with our estimate.

I felt that I quoted her the lowest price available.

I even called our boss to see if the people I was with and I could do any better. I left the bid with the client as well as I went to the next task, but very few of days later, I recognized the same address on our trip sheet again. I asked our boss if the task was an replacement! She told myself and others that that work was an bid as well as I reminded him that the people I was with and I had performed an bid for the same client the previous week. My boss contacted the lady on the phone, when she found out that the people I was with and I were not going to provide her another free estimate, she hung up the phone as well as said she would call the corporate office. There was certainly no reason for her to get upset. The two of us had already provided her with an bid for the services as well as repair work that needed to be completed on her heat pump as well as A/C unit. The two of us even gave to provide the client a 10% discount. She was still unhappy with the work as well as I knew there wasn’t any other dealer out there who was going to do the work for a cheaper price than our dealer. She was already atcost minus 10%. I suppose she wanted us to provide it away for free, but heating as well as A/C repair as well as updatement work costs a lot of money as well as time. She never called back again, so I suppose she found someone else to complete the repair.
