The purchaser did not appreciate the estimate

I tested an AC problem for a residential purchaser and the woman was honestly unhappy with our estimate.

I felt that I quoted her the lowest price available.

I even called our boss to see if the people I was with and I could do any better. I left the quote with the purchaser and I went to the next job. Some of afternoons later, I recognized the same address on our trip sheet again. I asked our boss if the job was an replacement, then he told me that that toil was an quote and I reminded him that the people I was with and I had performed an quote for the same purchaser the previous week. My boss contacted the lady on the PC… When she found out that the people I was with and I were not going to supply her another free estimate, she hung up the PC and said she would call the corporate office. There was really no reason for her to get aggravated. All of us had already gave her with an quote for the services and service toil that needed to be completed on her heat pump and AC unit. All of us even provided to supply the purchaser a 10% discount. She was still unhappy with the toil and I knew there wasn’t any other company out there who was going to do the toil for a cheaper price than our company. She was already atcost minus 10%. I think she wanted us to supply it away for free, but heating and AC service and replacement toil costs a lot of money and time. She never called back again, so I believe she found someone else to complete the repair.
