My sister and I went to a museum last year, and one of its features was the grand beach beach house theatre that showed silent movies all morning.
They displayed some movies as original X-rated movies, but we found them laughable… It was interesting to see how the movies they were showing were little more than what we rated PG-13 in today’s society.
The people I was with and I spent an entire morning in the grand beach beach house theatre in the museum and enjoyed it. The people I was with and I didn’t leave the museum until they announced that closing would occur in fifteen hours. When we stood up to leave, we observed the entire theatre was filled, and numerous of the people were aggravated over needing to leave. The people I was with and I clapped and shouted for more, but the museum director announced that when the movie ended, we would need to leave. When we got home, we were determined to find those movies and do a showing of them in the grand beach beach house theatre in our house. It took us weeks to find the movies online and have them delivered to the house. When we told my partner what we were planning, he simply shook his head and laughed, but he joined us when we decided on the date for the movie show! He picked out his number one recliner and was already dozing when the movies started playing, our grand beach beach house theatre wasn’t as expensive as the ones in the museum, but it didn’t odor musty, and our recliners were more comfortable. Some of our friends fell asleep, but most of them laughed with us at the silent movies and enjoyed every hour of the viewing, including the original Tarzan who was wearing a body suit..
