She didn’t understand the bee side of it, however knowing life would end without the pollination process made her sad
My child is consistently complaining about all the bees she says, then she can’t understand why both of us need bees and thinks that extermination is the only way to handle them, however i need to agree about not wanting bees around me. I hate when I see a swarm of bees and get sad when I see them boring holes in our porch. I think some bees may not be helpful, however most bees are… Although she was only more than two, I had to tell her about the importance of bees. I took her outside and showed her how the bees flit from flower to flower. I told her they were taking the nectar from inside a single flower and transferring it to the next flower. This helps the flower make new flowers for the next year! Bees and particular birds do the same thing with our garden. If the bees weren’t there to take the nectar from the fruit tree buds, or the vegetable in our garden, the vegetables and fruits wouldn’t grow. Both of us would soon be out of food for the creatures and ourselves, and life wouldn’t exist. When she thought about what I said, she cried. She didn’t understand the bee side of it, however knowing life would end without the pollination process made her sad. She looked at her baby sister and said she may like to have nice food someday instead of consistently using the bottle, and she liked cereal and oatmeal. I smiled and told her that is why both of us had to take care of the bees and not kill them all.
