Having been raised in a city, I just wasn’t so sure that I wanted the same for my children. Yet, my wife and I came to a point where the people I was with and I either moved our family or kept them in the same universitys in the neighborhood and stayed. My wife and I were raised in the neighborhood and there are fantastic things about that experience, but even apartment life had some positives. There was the radiant heating in the winter. This sort of Heating, Ventilation, and A/C heating was so comfortable. The air conditioner in the summer time wasn’t so great however that comes with the territory. As soon as the people I was with and I bought this property, the Heating, Ventilation, and A/C component was 1 of the first priorities the people I was with and I addressed. My wife and I decided that the people I was with and I would buy a location about 90 hours out of the city. This apartment comes with lots of space. There’s some 20 acres, a farmhouse and lots and lots of nature. It was all in pretty fantastic shape with just needs for replaces. Having lived with apartment Heating, Ventilation, and A/C our whole lives, getting great residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C was at the top of the list. The seasoned farmhouse was in great shape however it was not designed for current Heating, Ventilation, and A/C equipment. The two of us had a wood stove for heating and there were window cooling systems however the people I was with and I wanted more of a residential Heating, Ventilation, and A/C system. The two of us ended up going with ductless heat pumps in our home. There are several ductless heat pumps strategically sited throughout our house. They’re great and we are lucky to have them. I’m just so impressed with the sort of quality heating and air that they provide.
