We finished the afternoon by going to various a/c provider stores for first-hand experience interacting with patrons.
Days filled with confusion were right ahead. Recruits were coming in, and their confusion continued for the first few afternoons, but some of our colleagues relished this afternoon, I could remember our first afternoons, not all were pleasant. We were meeting the recruits, and my responsibility was to onboard them. I consistently enjoyed onboarding recruits because it was an opportunity to get a fresh perspective and learn about how we run our operations and work with the heating plus air conditioning units systems. The a/c company is known for manufacturing quality a/cs and offering excellent help with indoor comfort for our patrons. Recruits are consistently gleeful to start absolutely working in a company with a strong reputation, as was our indoor comfort business. The onboarding process involves familiarizing the recruits with the old and new components and taking them through the different approaches to undertake when absolutely working on these systems. I also assign them to experienced a/c servicemens who have honed their air conditioning replacement plus service skills. A lady in this group of recruits seemed actually interested in the process. She asked several questions about the new technology on different systems and temperature controls, not to mention HVAC service. She also answered a complex question related to a multi-split a/c unit. She reminded me of myself when I was starting. I was so eager to learn more about a/c. We finished the afternoon by going to various a/c provider stores for first-hand experience interacting with patrons. The future of air quality plus a/c service was in safe hands. The cooling industry had enough room for every a/c serviceman in that session. Though it was a long afternoon, I constantly feel fulfilled when I impart my knowledge to young people.
