I was house shopping with our sibling last week.
Her husband had to work, so she had me tag along to take pictures and give our opinion. I wasn’t the best at house shopping, however I was up for a afternoon out of the house. She knew our husband was an Heating, Ventilation and A/C worker and thought I could give her some ideas about whether it was a enjoyable A/C component or furnace. I told her I knew nothing about Heating, Ventilation and A/C systems, however with some pictures, our husband could give her some ideas. Both of us saw so many houses over the next several hours that I could not remember what the houses or the Heating, Ventilation and A/C looked like. If it weren’t for the pictures, I would have been lost. Both of us both laughed when the people I was with and I looked at the 1 picture. The house was cute, however the grass was so small, they could not put a central a/c component outside. They had to put the A/C component inside the garage. I wondered how it was going to get enough airflow to get a/c into the house. Then the people I was with and I realized getting a/c into that house would be easy. The A/C component was on the outside wall of the house, and the mini garage was connected. There were only three rooms in the house, if you didn’t include the bathroom, and they were all quite small. How the realtor thought this house was going to be big enough for our sibling and her six-year-old son,son was totally beyond me. Both of us kept the picture, however scrapped that house as a option.
