Both of us all have newer central heating plus A/C systems in our flats as this is a newer structure every one of us all live in.
- But I’m not sure how efficient the units are, as I just got a new power bill that eclipsed all of the previous 1s by more than double the amount.
I recognize the rates went up despite the fact that I am wondering how incredibly efficient these newer units even are. Just because they are nice and pretty new doesn’t mean they have the best efficiency, and I recognize how the local contractors enjoy cutting corners wherever they can when building something that they won’t be living in themselves. I need to look at the SEER rating on our device on the rooftop to see what number it is and then decide from there what I will do to try and curb the power bill amount each week. I’m sure there are better units on the market despite the fact that they cost a lot of money and I really don’t have the money to buy 1 myself. There are other chances out there and I just need to figure out the best 1 and go from there. The home services store near myself and others has some fantastic heating plus A/C techs and pros really working there and I am sure they can help me and others with our dilemma. Maybe I can buy 1 of their hybrid gas furnaces, 1 of those portable units, and use that instead of our central heating plus A/C system. I will at first go on the rooftop and do a little recon to see what kind of device I am faced with here.
