I wish I was a bit better about controlling my strong emotions.
Yet, I tend to get pretty defensive when I feel disrespected when it comes to me or my family. Apparently, this goes for the family condo and our Heating and Air Conditioning components as well. It took us a long time, however my partner Max and I decided it was best to put the family condo up for sale. The real estate market had been on fire lately, and both of us could not pass it up, then considering that both of us had been talking about selling this condo for years, this seems as if it was just the right time. Max called the realtor that was recommended to us to come out and list our house. The realtor barely even said hello before he started ripping into our place. Like I said, I can be a bit sensitive with any sort of attack or insult on anything I love. And I actually got sad the longer the realtor critiqued are home. And when he got to a Heating and Air Conditioning device I pushed back hard. As long as I’ve had this Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, I invested in regular Heating and Air Conditioning service every single year. The residential Heating and Air Conditioning was not even 15 years of age at the time. So there was plenty of life left. I got actually pretty mad at the suggestion that both of us had to replace the Heating and Air Conditioning unit. And that pretty much ended that visit. The next time he came back he was much more respectful and he brought along a lot of data from comps in our space that proved his point. She also informed me of a program with the local Heating and Air Conditioning supplier that recycled my Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. It would go to people or organizations that needed to have better Heating and Air Conditioning units however could not afford it.
