She is an Heating plus A/C worker plus needs a place to rent for a month, so this is going to work out perfectly afterall.
I’ve known of his for a while plus we have been friends more or less since then. She may get a job at the Heating plus A/C business in our town, plus if he does then he would live here longer term. I just need our property owner on the same page as us because he didn’t want me renting to anyone but that is out of the question with the heating plus cooling bills getting so high! I was able to live here on our own up until the middle of this year when they raised the rates so high it killed all of our budget plans. How can you spend money a central heating bill in the Winter time for 2 months when it is almost $1000? The two of us have to repair this issue fast because a lot of people are finding it impossible to live in their condo or run their local businesses. Usually everything rights itself after a bit of chaos so stay tuned to see if we get out of this predicament soon. I would say the Heating plus A/C companies are working on up-to-date Heating plus A/C technology which is even more efficient than what is out there now. I bet they get more into solar heating plus things like that down the road to up the efficiency plus SEER ratings.
