Sometimes the bank sends us HVAC servicemans to look at a condo that has been abandoned to see if the condo heating plus cooling are still new or if every one of us need to install modern air conditioner or modern heating units in the house.
It can be a difficult time however you have to do what you have to do to make currency.
Yesterday I had to go to this condo on old main street which is about 4 blocks from where I live to do our next job… The air filters were undoubtedly disgusting! Sometimes I question what people do to make things just straight gross; Like how did this family get gum in it? There was pet fur in the air filters as well, well I hope it was pet fur. I didn’t undoubtedly want to wash the air filters however they were washable air filters. I could just buy modern air filters however I had time to kill that day plus it was undoubtedly our only job for that day. I just remember cleaning them forever plus getting aggravated doing it, my neighbor called me on the phone asking if I wanted to get dinner however I was dedicated to completing this task. I figured if I can get this done plus make sure the heating plus cooling system works properly then every one of us can have our day off doing whatever; After cleaning the air filter I tried turning on the heating plus cooling system plus nothing happened. Then a lightbulb hit, check the breaker box. The issue did sit with the breaker box plus after turning that on the heating plus cooling system worked adore a champ. Another condo is done, tomorrow is a modern day.
