She took a deep breath; then let it out
I was talking to the Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist last week, that consistently comes to our home. I saw him in the grocery store, and he was wearing the Heating, Ventilation and A/C shirt for another Heating, Ventilation and A/C business. I asked if he was working for someone new now, and he shook his head. He said he was a man who wore numerous hats, and this was just 1 of them. He worked for numerous unusual Heating, Ventilation and A/C companies when they had specialized repairs that needed to be made. His task at the beach condo heating, ventilation and A/C corporation was slow this week, so he was working for an industrial heating, ventilation and A/C corporation this week. I thought this was a conflict of interest, although I would not ask. I figured he knew what he was doing, and he would not get into trouble. I was wondering if he would come to our condo if there was a problem with our oil furnace? I left the store, and he waved as I walked out. The following day, our friend was telling myself and others she saw Dave in the grocery store. I told her I saw him there when I was in the store earlier in the day, but she said she was upset that he would not be available if she needed work on her oil furnace. I told her I had asked about this, and he assured myself and others he would be available if any of his regular purchasers needed help. She took a deep breath; then let it out. I could tell this made her think good. She was just as sad about having our regular Heating, Ventilation and A/C specialist when the people I was with and I needed him as I was.
