I wanted a HVAC agreement that included free air filters and changes.

After the Heating and A/C company delivered and installed my up-to-date Heating and A/C system, I wanted to discuss the warranty and service agreement with the Heating and A/C serviceman.

I was sure if I wanted to spend money for an extended warranty, even though I had heard a lot about service agreements and how beneficial they were, then from what my sibling said, the service agreement was a necessity if you wanted to keep your warranty in great standing.

If you were having regular service done to the Heating and A/C proposal and had the air filters changed on schedule, your service agreement was being fulfilled. If you missed just a single air filter change, the Heating and A/C company could void your warranty. I didn’t want this to happen. I sat down and asked the Heating and A/C serviceman what kind of service and service agreement they offered. He didn’t guess if their Heating and A/C company offered service and service agreements, which had me raising an eyebrow. I thought that all Heating and A/C companies had their own form of service agreement. My cellphone was in hand and I was calling the Heating and A/C company to ask about their service and service agreement. The person who answered the cellphone told me they had a basic service agreement and asked what I was considering. I wanted a single that would offer me free air filters and someone who would come to my house and change it for me. It took an minute to negotiate the service agreement, even though I finally got what I wanted, every six weeks, someone would bring a up-to-date air filter to my house and change it out in either the gas furnace or air conditioning unit, and it would be a free service per my service and service agreement.
