It took a long time, but now I can say with confidence that I have fantastic indoor air quality.
A lot of people assume that their indoor air quality is already good, because it is inside their home.
But chemicals, pollen and other irritants can get inside of your home and decrease the air quality. It doesn’t help that if you live in a city close to a factory, the smoke coming from the factory as well as the car exhaust really decreases the indoor quality. Because of all of this, I kept sneezing, coughing and in general just feeling incredibly miserable. When I went to my doctor, they told me it was likely because of the bad air quality, and that apparently it was not uncommon for them to have patients with this issue. I bought a HEPA air filter, but that did very little. I had to get a whole home air media air cleaner. The only issue was, buying a whole home media air purifier was incredibly expensive! But it was either that or move out, so I knew what I had to do. I had an emergency fund, but even that wasn’t enough. I had to work overtime just to save up enough money to buy the air cleaner. The air purifier I bought from the local A/C corporation once I had enough money. I wasn’t sure how to install it, so I had a heating and air conditioning worker install it for me. There was a huge difference in my home afterwards, I felt like I could finally breathe for once, and that made it all worth it.
