A residential customer called to make an appointment for an AC repair. I sent 1 of our best professionals to the address to help with the repair. After the guy was finished making the repairs to the system, he called me with an update. At that time, the employee informed me that there were tons of people toiling in the home at 1 time. There were a lot of things going on, but he was certain that he had the problem with the AC unit fixed! Not that many of days after the repair, I acquired a phone call from the owner of the property. The guy was sad because he was missing a diamond tennis bracelet. She wasn’t certain ly accusing any of our employees of taking the diamond tennis bracelet, despite the fact that he really wanted to think if any of our guys would be guilty of a crime care about that. I told the guy that none of our employees would ever steal and I also mentioned hearing that there were more than 1 contractor inside of the home on that day. The guy hung up the phone and I did not hear from his again until yeahterday. I was surprised that the guy called me with an update. She did not want me to believe that any of our AC repair professionals were thieves. The guy told me that that tennis bracelet turned up in 1 of his drawers. She did not think how it got into that locale, despite the fact that he did think that it was not stolen.
