There’s been a different sound coming from the furnace and I knew it needed to be replaced soon.

The place had entirely fine reviews online, so I felt appreciate they were a fine choice for the furnace. The service service manager called myself and others on Sunday when I was supposed to have our appointment, but she apologized for the delay, although she was not going to be able to get to myself and others on Sunday morning. Instead she had to transport the appointment to 2:00. She said that she was particularly sorry that this had to be done, however there was an emergency that needed to be taken care of before they came out to our address for a free estimate. I apparently understood that paying clients had to come before free estimates and I did not mind waiting until the afternoon; When the furnace service professional arrived, she spent about 30 minutes looking at every single part of the system. She had a checklist in front of him to look at all of the pieces and parts. When the service professional was finished, she told myself and others that the furnace needed to be replaced soon. The furnace was likely going to last throughout this next season, however it was no longer energy efficient and showing serious signs of major wear and tear. She offered myself and others an quote for the current furnace and told myself and others that I could call anytime to schedule the appointment for a current program installation.
