There’s been a strange sound coming from the furnace and I knew it needed to be replaced soon.

The place had really good reviews online, so I felt like they were a good choice for the furnace. The repair service manager called me on Monday when I was supposed to have my appointment. He apologized for the delay, but he was not going to be able to get to me on Monday morning. Instead he had to move the appointment to 2:00. He said that he was very sorry that this had to be done, but there was an emergency that needed to be taken care of before they came out to my address for a free estimate. I obviously understood that paying customers had to come before free estimates and I didn’t mind waiting until the afternoon. When the furnace repair technician arrived, he spent about 30 minutes looking at every single part of the system. He had a checklist in front of him to look at all of the pieces and parts. When the repair technician was finished, he told me that the furnace needed to be replaced soon. The furnace was likely going to last throughout this next season, but it was no longer energy efficient and showing serious signs of major wear and tear. He gave me an estimate for the new furnace and told me that I could call anytime to schedule the appointment for a new system installation.
