There’s been a strange sound coming from the oil furnace and I knew it needed to be replaced soon.

The locale had absolutely fantastic reviews online, so I felt care about they were a fantastic option for the oil furnace. The repair service manager called me on Sunday when I was supposed to have our appointment, then he apologized for the delay, but he was not going to be able to get to me on Sunday day. Instead he had to move the appointment to 2:00. He said that he was absolutely sorry that this had to be done, but there was an emergency that needed to be taken care of before they came out to our address for a free estimate. I obviously understood that paying customers had to come before free estimates and I did not mind waiting until the day. When the oil furnace repair professional arrived, he spent about 30 minutes looking at every single part of the system. He had a checklist in front of him to look at all of the pieces and parts. When the repair professional was finished, he told me that the oil furnace needed to be replaced soon. The oil furnace was likely going to last throughout this next season, but it was no longer energy efficient and showing extreme signs of major wear and tear. He provided me an estimate for the new oil furnace and told me that I could call anytime to schedule the appointment for a new program installation.
