I compared the information from the guide & my research & settled on a smart thermostat because it provided the most capabilities to help with indoor comfort. Ed and I didn’t want something challenging to program, & the smart option, which could be affixed to an app on my cellphone, seemed the best. Ed and I returned to the heating supplier, where my pal and I got an expert to come & assess our new heat pump to option a compatible thermostat, coincidentally, they were the same supplier that installed the new heating system in the apartment when it was built, so they had more than 2 additional features. The installation was done, & Ed and I got to do a test with the contractor once he was done, which is how Ed and I learned how to schedule whole apartment heating & oil furnace maintenance at our leisure.
