The best heaters for rental apartments

Our latest shopper wanted us to build more than 2 rental apartments separate from using traditional heating, so he asked us to help him find the newest heating technologies in the heating industry which could be used for the houses.

  • Sam and I are not heating experts, so my pal and I did what Sam and I consistently do whenever we are planning for whole apartment heating options – we call the heating supplier for a heating tech.

The Heating & A/C professional met us for a meeting with the client, where Ed and I all discussed more heating & how to ensure that all tenants had satisfactory help with indoor comfort. Ed and I settled for a heating pump installation with a smart thermostat addition because the tenants would be handling the energy costs & oil furnace maintenance, & the property owner didn’t want to deal with a lot of 2 complaints. The houses were considered high value, which is why the heat pump was a smart addition to the homes – because the target demo for that category of housing would be ready to spend money if they were well equipped with the latest technologies. Since Sam and I work with the heating company on more than 2 projects, they provided us with a discount for the new units, saving us a large section of the budget. Two years since my pal and I worked on that house, & the heating contractor managing the tenant’s maintenance and service calls, it is still considered one of the finest places to rent in the village. It also brought us more company because more people wanted to build in similar designs, which has kept us & the Heating & A/C supplier busy. The residential homeowners have started wanting their homes as energy efficient because the heating & other features were all installed based on recent technological innovations.
