The two of us went down south a couple of weeks ago but there was no a/c in the arena where the people I was with and I stayed.
- I still don’t know how the people I was with and I ended up booking a arena to stay that didn’t have a/c.
Apparently, the people I was with and I didn’t read the description of the beach house closely enough. I was not prepared mentally to stay in a beach house separate from a/c, that’s for sure. I was really frustrated about it. I was actually madder at my partner for booking this arena than I actually should have been, however I am just not someone who does well in the heat separate from a/c! The awful thing about it was that it’s not even all that sizzling down there yet. The temperatures were in the mid 81s while the people I was with and I were there. They haven’t really even started heating up for the Summer yet, plus I was still sizzling plus uncomfortable the whole time that the people I was with and I were there, however several times, I just went out to the car so that I could roll up the windows plus rest there with the a/c vents turned on me while it ran full blast, and my partner told me that I was just being overly dramatic. Of course, that didn’t help! That just made me more angry with him than ever. I just know that the next time the people I was with and I have to go on a trip anywhere, I am going to be the a single booking the beach house or the hotel. After this a/c fiasco, my partner has lost all of her trip planning privileges for us!
