I never had sinus or respiratory allergies when I was a kid; I was seriously active in athletic activitys and don’t recall instances of me catching my breath and feeling winded, but not only that, although I could play in the dirt and all of the pollen without my nose swelling to the point at which I couldn’t breathe through it.
I had no sense of discrimination when it came to where I played as a kid, however but when I mow my shrubbery at my modern age, I have to wear a face mask or the dust, and pollen will clog my nose and make it almost impossible for me to breathe; These airborne allergens wreak havoc on my immune system and my whole entire body is a result.
I get entirely frustrated dealing with all these airborne allergens every year. I wish there was a way to make my lungs respond better to these factors beyond using a mask everywhere I go… At apartment though I bought an air cleaner with a HEPA filter inside. I have a filter that filters out 99.9% of all airborne allergens. Now I can get all the dust and other air borne allergens out once and for all, and really helps having all of these options available. I am entirely gleeful with the air cleaner I have in my apartment because it does such a nice task at keeping my indoor air wipe and Free of dust. I don’t know what I would do without my hair cleaner. I even got my air cleaner on sale at the hardware store last year for 50% off.
