When I walked into my home for the first time in two weeks the indoor air quality told it all.
- I had left my younger brother Kelsie to house-sit for me while I was away for work.
When I left, the a/c unit in the kitchen was making some strange noises & I asked Kelsie to contact the house services contractor for air conditioner repair. I sent his the number of my preferred Heating, Ventilation plus A/C contractor & gave his a brief of all the observations I had made so that when the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C serviceman came, they would have an idea of what they were aiming to fix. I knew Kelsie likes to take things apart & then put them back so I particularly asked his not to tamper with my Heating, Ventilation plus A/C unit & to let the professionals do it instead. She cares about researching random things & the heating & cooling industry has been no exception. She actually knows more about my a/c than I do but I was still not confident with his YouTube-received skills. She once fixed my control unit however that was as far as I would go in allowing his to be my a/c worker. I did however let his check the air duct & seal any leaks he came across, and other than inspecting the air duct he could also substitute the air conditioner filter, and being the smart cookie that he is, he called & told them that he wanted Heating, Ventilation plus A/C maintenance. She ensured that the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C professional who came tested the Heating, Ventilation plus A/C thoroughly & that by the time he left, everything was running smoothly. When I came back house I right away felt the difference compared to how I had left the house. The servicing did a lot to help with indoor comfort.
