Ever since I was a young girl I have been told that I have an excellent personality, and i’m a very outgoing person plus I have consistently enjoyed being around the dealer of others; This personality trait of mine has allowed me to land successful jobs, however now that I’m much older I’m starting to take on jobs that are less demanding, when I first started my job I was in a well known customer service business plus I was the number one seller for 5 years in a row.
I highly believe that my persistence plus determination is what allowed me to achieve my dreams.
Now that I’m in my late forties I have carried on my customer service skills to a local Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C dealer. I work with a lot of potential customers or our normal customers calling about their appointments plus asking about the bizarre kind of services that my friend and I offer… First I’d like to tell our customers that my friend and I are highly trained experts in the heating plus cooling industry plus my friend and I have been named one of the best Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C companies in our state for 2016. I do go on to tell our potential customers that my friend and I offer a wide variety of services such as heating, cooling, plumbing, insulation replacement plus repair services on all parts of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C systems. The one service that my friend and I offer that beats our competitors is our 24/7 emergency service. No matter what day or what time it is my friend and I have plenty of Heating, Ventilation, plus A/C emergency workers on call to meet our customer’s needs. I cherish where I work plus having the capability to talk to our customers biweekly.
