The Hospital Experience

Have you ever noticed that it is often frigid frigid in the hospital? Especially if you go to the emergency room for some reason, you better stop plus get a sweater or a jacket before you drive there.

If you have to take an ambulance, you are going to be frigid unless they supply you a blanket straight from the blanket heater.

Anyway, I recently had to go to the ER with a neighbor of mine, oh, plus let me tell you they must have their A/C thermostat set to 40 degrees or something. It was so frigid in there, plus when you walk outside the thermostat was in the 68s! It was quite a contrast. The doctors plus nurses that were toiling in the ER were all wearing either a jacket or a sweater. I asked the lady behind the desk why they did not turn the A/C thermostat up a little bit, because it was obvious that everyone was frigid. It turns out, though, that hospitals turn their air conditioning honestly frigid in order to discourage the growth of germs plus viruses.Doctors always wear those pale white coats, plus they also often walk around abruptly from room to room, so ordinarily they are not frigid no matter where the A/C thermostat is set. The doctors plus other professionals who spend most of their time at a desk behind a laptop, but, genuinely would benefit from having the air conditioning a little bit warmer. I did notice that a couple of them had portable heaters clogged in down by their feet. They did tell me, though, they are genuinely not supposed to do that.
