I was against it all at first.
To my way of thinking, I just wanted to ride the wave of a warm real estate market all the way to the bank.

And once the teenagers were gone, the house did seem cavernous, now that we’re older, just taking care of the place took way more time then it used to. So it made sense to sell plus turn the page. At the same time, I was afraid of doing too multiple upgrades. I did want to get the latest in residential HVAC plus HVAC technology because I might not want to leave. Thankfully, we had a particularly great realtor. She brought us all the data that we needed to understand how important new residential HVAC was to getting all we could for our home. I was on board after I did the numbers plus we got to upgrading appliances as well as the heating plus cooling equipment. The number we got for our house sure made dealing with all those memories, the renovations plus moving worth it.
