Last summer, I met an artist who is the most talented creative I have ever met.

He could make a drawing that would depict anything you requested.

I remember he had a drawing that showed the life stages of a human. His pictures were exquisite, and he enjoyed doing them. We met up for lunch and got to know more about each other. I told him I was an air conditioning expert with the local air conditioning business and I deal in cooling equipment. He told me a story about an a/c rep he had used for an air conditioning tune-up on his heat pump. The cooling specialist helped him when his air conditioning unit malfunctioned, dead in the middle of summer. All the other businesses were swamped with reports of malfunctioning cooling products or air conditioning installation requests. He was left with no solution until the specialist came through and worked on his unit late at night. He had been very grateful to the specialist and had been researching more about air conditioning and the cooling technology used. He had become fascinated with the industry and was thinking of doing a drawing for the industry. I felt proud that my newfound friend wanted to know more about the exciting industry. He asked me more questions about the systems to gather more information for the drawing. He had a gallery show a few weeks later and planned to showcase the drawing as his main piece. He did a drawing that showed the need for air conditioning repair. He also illustrated the importance of air quality for our health and how indoor air quality can be achieved by regularly changing the air conditioning filters. He was right; the final product was a masterpiece.

When I moved into town last year, I made friends with a group of scholars. They loved reading and storytelling. They took me to this event where people told stories from one keyword. Others would mime out the stories. It was such a fun event. The next time we attended it, my newfound friends insisted I participate. The keyword provided was a cooling product. The organizers were unaware of my career as an air conditioning expert. I work with cooling equipment every day in the air conditioning business. It was supposed to be a short story to explain the keyword. Further, I was also required to be creative regarding the story. I started the story with two kids in a house where the air conditioning system had malfunctioned, plunging the house into an oven-like atmosphere. To try and fix the heat pump, the kids thought to throw water on it, and when that did not work, they switched it off. The kids did not know more about air conditioning than any other kid, but they were determined to fix the unit. They became little made-up a/c reps attempting air conditioning repairs on their unit. As they got ready to open up the unit, their dad, a cooling specialist, returned home and was shocked beyond belief. His unit was wet and had stopped working. The kids explained that it had stopped working before they poured water on it. Thanks to the new cooling technology, the outside cover of the unit protect the sensitive parts from the water. The dad did an air conditioning tune-up and changed the air conditioning filters. The unit was functioning as well as it did when they did the air conditioning installation. The crowd was on the floor from laughter when I finished the story.

Every time someone talks about the south, I am always sort of sent into a morning dream.

I’d visited the south a few times, however for some reason, it was sort of a dream of mine to live down there.

I can’t say why just that it was. Of course, that is never more true than during the Wintertide when I am dealing with a natural gas furnace that is running all the time just so I do not freeze. So the thought of residing somewhere else, where I could finally go outside during the Winter months would be a real dream come true. My supplier ended up merging with a weird supplier from down south and I wound up being asked to relocate. It was actually a great deal as it was more currency and another job achievement. Once I got down here, the 1st thing I felt of course was the weather. When I arrived in the summer, I thought I was going to melt away. The heat pump in my new condo saved me. It’s the latest in Heating and Air Conditioning tech when it comes to residential Heating and Air Conditioning. It was such a lifesaver that 1st summer. I needed all that Heating and Air Conditioning cooling and more if I would have gotten it. But that sort of heat is actually only around for about 4 or 5 months. Once we hit October, the weather is just about perfect. The heat pump may kick on sometimes during the Winter to knock the chill from the condo in the morning. But that is about all the heating both of us need. I am deeply thankful I finally got to live this dream because I just love it here.

I have more than a few buddies and plenty of friends.

But the actually close friends I have are few and rare to me. My friend Ed is a single 1 of those people. Ed actually is a good guy on every level. There are people out there who see Ed coming and try to take advantage. We’ve been friends since meeting in the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning of the office more than 2 years ago. Ed was actually a single of the first people in our supplier to task remotely so he didn’t come inside the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning every morning. So when Ed did show up at work, I enjoyed to spend time with him. Ed’s so smart in our industry and also so willing to help others understand the finer points of what both of us do. Ed actually works to try to help everybody be better at their works. And Ed does it because he cares. Both of us hang out together outside of task and have gotten actually close over the years. Ed even invited me out to his lodge which is something that is pretty rare. Ed lives way out on some property and just barely still on the electric grid. The heating in his condo comes from a wood stove and until recently there was no other form of residential Heating and Air Conditioning. Ed is super technical and can put together or install just about anything. Ed ended up buying a pair of ductless heating pumps to go in his lodge. Not so much for the heating during the Wintertide however for the a/c in the summer. So I went with Ed for a long weekend and both of us were able to install the ductless heat pumps ourselves. I have to say that I was pretty amazed with the sort of quality heating and air that comes with these ductless heat pumps.

I wish I was a bit better about controlling my strong emotions.

Yet, I tend to get pretty defensive when I feel disrespected when it comes to me or my family. Apparently, this goes for the family condo and our Heating and Air Conditioning components as well. It took us a long time, however my partner Max and I decided it was best to put the family condo up for sale. The real estate market had been on fire lately, and both of us could not pass it up, then considering that both of us had been talking about selling this condo for years, this seems as if it was just the right time. Max called the realtor that was recommended to us to come out and list our house. The realtor barely even said hello before he started ripping into our place. Like I said, I can be a bit sensitive with any sort of attack or insult on anything I love. And I actually got sad the longer the realtor critiqued are home. And when he got to a Heating and Air Conditioning device I pushed back hard. As long as I’ve had this Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, I invested in regular Heating and Air Conditioning service every single year. The residential Heating and Air Conditioning was not even 15 years of age at the time. So there was plenty of life left. I got actually pretty mad at the suggestion that both of us had to replace the Heating and Air Conditioning unit. And that pretty much ended that visit. The next time he came back he was much more respectful and he brought along a lot of data from comps in our space that proved his point. She also informed me of a program with the local Heating and Air Conditioning supplier that recycled my Heating and Air Conditioning equipment. It would go to people or organizations that needed to have better Heating and Air Conditioning units however could not afford it.

When you grow up down in the Deep South, Heating and Air Conditioning cooling is just one small space of the big picture.

I can’t remember a time when I wasn’t able to count on a/c during the brutal heat and humidity of summer.

Of course, I had a heat pump to supply all the central a/c in our home. My Mom was particularly proud to always buy the latest when it came to residential Heating and Air Conditioning. To this morning, he was proud of his residential Heating and Air Conditioning although he lives in a very little condo. Of course, he has the latest in ductless heat pumps where he lives now. The ductless heat pumps actually get the task done when it comes to cooling off his place. Mom and I were sitting around in that good Heating and Air Conditioning cooling not too long ago having a chuckle about how his father was, however grandpa would come to stay over with us when I was little and he had a million stories. Grandpa was a single 1 of the most entertaining people you could ever be around. My Mom would even listen to some of the crap the aged man was saying. One thing my Mom confirmed as true with the fact that my Grandpa never had a central a/c system. In fact I do not believe he had residential Heating and Air Conditioning until he was in his eighties. But my Grandpa grew up on a farm and was used to scheduling his life around the wicked heat and humidity of summer. I can still remember him preferring to go out on the front porch to catch a breeze in the shade than kneel inside the central a/c of my Mother’s house.

I haven’t actually asked Ed despite the fact that I imagine that he would still shake his head about how stubborn I was about an Heating and Air Conditioning equipment.

I was just plain ignorant when it came to what a huge difference air purification would make in our lives.

Actually, I am sort of surprised Ed does not hammer me yearly on that single. Yet, I just wasn’t wild about spending thousands of dollars on a whole condo air cleaner. Quality Air purification does so much more than simply get rid of indoor air complications. What ultimately got me behind Ed’s decision to install a whole condo air purification plan was getting educated. Initially, Ed and I started talking about air purification in order to get rid of an indoor air problem. I’m so lucky to own a pretty immense piece of property.

Having grown up in apartments in the town with radiant heating and zero a/c, this has always been my dream.

But I never thought I would have this much space. I’m able to move too often without having to accommodate neighbors or other people I do not know. It’s such a terrific situation for me. But having a nice condo with good central residential Heating and Air Conditioning can still be plenty of work. There’s not a lot of time for sitting around in the recliner enjoying the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling. Although most days, I most truly make time to catch my breath in the a/c. I have plenty to keep me going! Just mowing my lawn and keeping up the property is plenty to keep me busy. So I am acting as a farmer these days and getting up at first crack of sunrise. But by 10 in the morning, I can get pretty worn out. So I do get inside the a/c to cool off and hydrate. It took me this long in life to fully understand how important hydration is. So taking these breaks inside the Heating and Air Conditioning and drinking my water is important. And speaking of moisture, the heat pump takes care of the moisture levels in my house. That’s right! The heat pump is doing much more than just providing the Heating and Air Conditioning cooling I love. The a/c process is also balancing the indoor humidity level at the same time. That stretchy heat pump is doing so much for us that both of us do not even realize. Without that a/c process, I would have a whole lot of black mold and mildew to clean. And love I said, I have plenty to keep me busy.

The older I am, the more I can see things coming sort of full circle when it comes to life.

There seems to be a single, immense circle spinning through my life.

So more than 2 aged things are suddenly new again. This is particularly true when it came to our Heating and Air Conditioning heating methods. Recently, Ed and I built a new condo that has a single floor and just more than one bedroom. We’re in our 70s so it’s time to simplify as much as both of us can. Our new condo was a custom-made task that both of us helped design. And both of us chose a geothermal heater for our heating and cooling needs. This genre of Heating and Air Conditioning devices actually use the near constant temperature of the earth in order to extract energy for both heating and cooling. It’s pretty fascinating as far as a heating and cooling component goes. The other great thing is that it lasts for nearly 40 years. So this heat pump will be the last a single one both of us have to put in; Ed and I also love the sustainability aspect as it’s just about the most powerful and efficient residential Heating and Air Conditioning. However, it’s the Heating and Air Conditioning aspect that actually blows my mind. With the geo heat pump, heating energy is transferred through radiant floors. That comes from copper pipes underneath the floors. It takes me back to when I was a little boy and would visit my Grandparents house. They had a giant boiler in the basement that provided radiant heating throughout the house. It was the coziest kind of heating I’ve ever experienced. And now all these years later, I am experiencing that sort of lazy radiant heating once again! Like I said, it just seems love circles over and over again in my life.

The system that I would fall in love and get married seemed unlikely to me at best. When I told my parents, I was afraid it was going to shock them too much as she’s now near 74. I’m in my early fifties and finally taking the plunge. There was plenty of shock and awe from my coworkers at the commercial Heating and Air Conditioning office as well. Nobody ever thought I would finally get hitched. I am not sure exactly why that is because I have had pretty serious boyfriends over the years. I never actually felt close enough to any of them to consider marriage. But after that I met Ed and getting married seemed love the most natural thing to do. Ed and I happened to be the same age and actually met a long time ago. Both of us worked for rival companies and would attend the same commercial Heating and Air Conditioning of conferences now and again. It’s not that Ed and I were colleagues sharing the same Heating and Air Conditioning in the office however Ed and I knew each other from business. Both of us also attended some of the same social events. However, over all these years, Ed and I didn’t get close until recently. And now we’re buying a new condo together and choosing new residential Heating and Air Conditioning. It’s actually cool to be able to be a 1st time married guy in a new place. The new Heating and Air Conditioning devices are putting out just the best quality heating and air both of us could have ever asked for. And residing with my partner Ed has also seemed love the most natural thing to do. Ed and I even have the same sort of heating and cooling needs. For me, less is always more when it comes to all the technology stuff in my life.

I’m thankful for more than 2 aspects of modern technology however it can also just be a bit overwhelming. For sure, modern technology makes my life much more convenient, then yet, I am still a bit cautious when it comes to modern technology as it applies to all the things in my life. I would love to still count on my own brain when I can, and I also do not actually need every nice new tech gadget. It has something to do with the fact that it took me this long to get a smart AC control unit. If it had been up to my partner, both of us would have had a smart AC control component long ago. Actually though, both of us were both waiting for that initial Heating and Air Conditioning technology to be refined… Neither of us wanted to spend a bunch of currency on a smart AC control component only to have it be obsolete the next year. So both of us did wait and I continued to be the single AC control component patrol. But recently, both of us took the plunge and called the Heating and Air Conditioning supplier to send over a Heating and Air Conditioning professional to install a smart AC control unit. I just wish I knew then what I believe now when it comes to this kind of Heating and Air Conditioning technology. I would have done this far sooner, then the Heating and Air Conditioning professional gave the smart AC control component basic parameters; From there, it’s basically been on its own. I just let the smart control component do its thing and both of us saved more than 15% off Heating and Air Conditioning cooling this summer, then obviously, the smart AC control component does a much better task of maintaining AC control component discipline than I do. And it’s actually a piece of technology that I can love without it always being in my face.
