There are so many ways my new portable space furnace has been beneficial to me.

The first and foremost is how handy it is to give my central heating and a/c system machine a break.

I can run this portable space furnace in any room in the condo and it heats it up so easily and nicely in a jiffy. Hence making it so that I do not even need to turn on my central heating and a/c system on the furnace settings. This saves me a ton of money on my weekly electric bills. But the most amazing thing that I found uses for the portable space furnace recently was that it helped dry and wash up a ton of water I had in my powder room. The sink had a leak in it which I had to call a plumber to fix. Basically I had a mini river in the powder room when it first flooded. So what I did was carefully turn on my portable space furnace where there was no water up on a shelf in the powder room, I turned it too high and then left the powder room for about a half an seventh. When I opened the door to check on everything, the portable space furnace made the powder room so hot and dry that it nearly cleaned up most of the spilled water! It evaporated and then the people I was with and I just had to mop up the little bit that was left. It was a real godsend and saved me the hassle of having to get a water vacuum to finish everything up. I could not think that my plan really worked!

This new central heating and a/c equipment is possibly the most powerful Heating as well as Air Conditioning equipment I have ever experienced in my life! When it is easily hot out the central a/c system is so wonderful that it makes it seem love it is early Winter time in the home.

It does not matter if it is over 100 degrees outside, the central a/c system will handle it. Then in the Winter time weather of the year it is more or less the same thing however in reverse. It does not matter if it is close to ten or twelve degrees outside, the central heating system keeps my home nice and moderate as if it is a Springtime or early summer time afternoon. You could not get these types of results from older central heating and a/c systems. The wonderful advancements that Maxh and I have this week in heating and a/c technology is nothing short of amazing. I am feeling cheerful that I was able to buy this brand up-to-date and most up-to-date central heating and a/c system for my condo. And the best space about it was that I got the central heating and a/c system for half off the retail price! Now that is a deal you can not beat what so ever. It is hard to find sales on this type of central heating and a/c systems, although I did it and got easily fortunate in doing so!

The air flow was easily horrible. My home had not been getting the right amount of heating and a/c no matter what I did! So I called the local heat and air conditioning system biz to send out a single of their best and easily certified heating and a/c pros to take a wonderful look at my central heating and cooling machines to see exactly what was happening, and once the heat and air conditioning system supplier sent that certified heating and a/c pro to my home to look at the central heating and a/c system it was found that the HVAC duct was quite dirty and needed what is called a deep HVAC duct cleaning. This was going to cost me a pretty penny although I easily had to get this done. Otherwise my central heating and a/c system will just keep getting worse and then it would eventually break down on me. And I am not just talking about a correct break down, however the kind that would kill it totally to where I would have to invest in a brand up-to-date central heating and a/c system unit. Since I did not want anything like that to happen I went with the deep HVAC duct cleaning. Once the HVAC ducts were clean my air flow was back to normal as it should be. I felt ecstatic I got this done because it improved my quality of life.

I recently invested a lot of money in a heat pump to heat my home.

And I must say that this heat pump works great! It heats up my beach home better than any central heating and a/c system ever has. Also, it saves a ton of money on energy use, but my electric costs have been so much lower ever since I installed this heat pump. However, the only downside to the heat pump was that it cost a lot to purchase and have installed. It was nothing similar to getting a central heating and a/c system unit… With central heating and a/c systems it will cost maybe half of what the heat pump did in both cost of product and the installation. If my modern and up-to-date heat pump ever breaks down I will have to spend my money more for repair as well. The local heating and a/c techs from the heat and air conditioning system supplier charge more to repair a heat pump. At least in my area they charge a lot. I am not sure about other areas of the country when it comes to the price of repairing a heat pump. Anyway, I really hope and pray thatI have no more concerns with my heat pump anytime soon because I easily do not want to have to spend my money for repairs. As much as I love my heat pump I can really say there are some cons to the pros about owning a heat pump. But the cons are well worth it because of how well the heat pump works and how the heat pump saves me a ton of money on my weekly bills.

The last time my central heating and a/c system was repaired by my heat and air conditioning system business rep it was easily amazing how quick he got it back up and running! The central heating and a/c system was back up and running within a few minutes of the heating and cooling specialist getting here. This independent heat and air conditioning system worker easily knew their stuff, and got right to the root of the problem. When you have a heating and a/c system that broke down and it gets fixed that fast it’s nothing short of a miracle if you ask me! It only may happen once in a lifetime, and this was my 1 time in life I would easily ever see my central heating and a/c system repaired that fast. This heat and air conditioning system worker did not waste any time and the heat and air conditioning pro also knew exactly what the issue was, This is just a wonderful case of a real heating and cooling professional. I have had heating and a/c workers in the past that didn’t believe everything about fixing heat and air conditioning systems and that easily frustrated me! It made me wonder why they were in the heating and a/c corporation in the 1st location. But this time I can say I easily lucked out. I believe I will continue to use this heating and a/c pro for all of my heating and cooling needs moving forward with things. You just can’t beat finding someone this good! I easily hit the Heating as well as Air Conditioning lottery here.

The other day as I was doing my shopping at the grocery store I could not suppose what I had saw! I actually found HEPA air filters for our central heating and AC in the grocery store and they were on sale.

I do not know what HEPA air filters for central heating and ACs or anything for that matter were even doing there.

After shopping at the same grocery store for over 6 years I had never once seen heating and AC air filters or any other kind of air filters in the grocery store. I know maybe this was something they just started to sell and are trying out. But I can tell you because they were on sale for such a killer price I actually obtained a nice handful of them so I do not have to go to the store for HEPA air filters for a while. This will not only save myself and others money by the great sale that I got for these, but it will also save myself and others gas for our motorcar as well. Also, if this becomes an ongoing thing where the grocery store sells air filters for central heating and ACs, I never have to worry about going to the hardware store again and I can just go to the grocery store to buy the HEPA air filters for our central heating and AC. Even if they are not on sale, it still saves myself and others money because the grocery store is much closer to my house than the hardware store. It is just a great deal all together and I am feeling gleeful I found it.

This by itself takes a long while if you even can be successful.

When I set out to become an independent heating and a/c pro, I had no clue that the job was going to be this hard! The first area of what makes it strenuous is trying to rack in customers. This by itself takes a long while if you even can be successful. The other thing is that because of what I just mentioned, there is the option that you might not make a living and go broke and end up being homeless from being an independent heating and a/c specialist if you do not know how to sell yourself the right way. The fact that you need to run everything yourself in terms of schedules and accounting is the frosting on the cake! I tried our hand at being an independent heating and a/c specialist for about 3 or 4 months and since nothing was happening and I was stressing on how I was going to keep making ends meet, I quit trying, closed shop and went back to job for a local heating and a/c supplier as 1 of their team of certified heating and a/c pros. At least this way I am paid no matter what just for showing up to job every single day of the week, plus I get an hourly wage and do not have to worry about keeping accounting, paying tax and all that which comes with being an independent heating and a/c specialist. It was an experience that really taught myself and others how this kind of heating and cooling job is simply just not in my wheelhouse, and that I am better working for an Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C supplier.

When it comes to the way Ed and I like to heat our home, we like the ancient school ways. Ed and I have a hot water boiler that is about 20 years ancient and it is still working as great this month as it did 2 decades back. This is not weird for a hot water boiler, and unlike a central heating and AC component that you would be blessed if it lasts even 15 years, a hot water boiler can last so much longer when you take great care of it and keep up on all the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C repair needed for it. And that is exactly what Ed and I have done and why I may have this ancient hot water boiler for another decade or more; Not to mention, with heating your condo with a hot water boiler you save tons on energy usage. Which in turn will save you a lot of money per year on your biweekly heating bills. Especially when it is freezing frigid out and you have to run your furnace all of the time. If you have a central heating and AC and have to run it really high while in freezing Winter time months, you will see super high electric costs that may make you go broke unless you are rich and have a lot of money to blow. This is not for Ed and me. And again this is the main reason I like the ancient ways of heating our condo as if the hot water boiler that Ed and I have. I never system to get rid of it. When it finally breaks for good, Ed and I will either get another hot water boiler if they still exist at that time.

It is coming up on my time to retire.

I have been working as a certified heating and a/c specialist for the same local heater and air conditioner supply chain for nearly 45 years.

It is a miracle that they are still going strong and still are around after so many years! Many small mom and pop heater and a/c companies, appreciate the 1 I have been working for all these years go under after about 10 years tops. But this local heating and a/c supply chain passed the torch down to the next generation and they retired. That is how the heating and a/c supplier stayed around and will be around for decades to come. My retirement is just 1 month a way. It is strenuous to suppose I am more or less ancient now, but It just seems appreciate a few months ago that I was a young and hot heating and a/c specialist in the heat and air conditioner business. Time really does fly when you love the job that you do. But I have decided to collect our pension and retire because I am really getting to be too ancient to keep doing this heating and a/c repair and replacement work. Especially the heater and a/c replacement. That takes a toll on the older folks such as myself and others because of all the physical labor involved. It is nothing at all like repairing central heating and cooling systems. When I retire I am just going to relax and have fun with whatever life is left. I sure earned it with as strenuously as I have worked all of these years.
