I suppose I just have to wait for the furnace to break down all together before the property owner will do anything about it. The repair worker found the concern and fixed the issue in less than 2 hours. It turned out to be a problem with low freon. That isn’t an issue that my partner would have been able to repair anyways. You have to have a special license to add refrigerant to the system! we would have needed to contact a repair worker and HVAC professional.
