My family thinks it’s weird. I find that annoying that my family can be so judgmental over something as stupid as a thermostat. Here’s a shocking fact: I don’t even have a smartphone, and it’s not because I can’t afford one, it’s by choice. I have a dumb phone. A basic flip phone that I used to communicate with people is how I like it and so this is how it will stay.

I’m so proud of my dad.

Ever since I was a kid I wanted to be just like my dad. My mom and I were always at odds and ends on things. We could just never really get along, but my dad was just the coolest guy around. He owned a little Heating and cooling business. Ever since I was a little kid I wanted to own my own Heating and I see company just like my father, and on my 18th birthday my father gave me the best gift I could ever imagine. He told me that one day, I would inherit his Heating and cooling business. I was absolutely thrilled as someone who looked up to my dad and married him for the great guy he was, I have followed in his footsteps and become an HVAC technician myself. That’s how my dad started out, he went to college and got his HVAC certification and then worked for a small heating and AC business for a while before moving towns, meeting my mom, having me, and starting up his own business. It was an amazing thing to know that one day I would get to own my own heating and cooling company. I spent a long time just dreaming about what it would be like to be the owner of my own heat and a/c business one day, and what I could do with it. I had known him for the full 2 years I’ve been here and I have to tell you he’s probably one of the nicest guys ever known. He also offers great service for heating and AC technicians. This is because he works for a really cool Heating and cooling company. Heating and AC business does everything they can to make their customers happy. They go out of their way to do things for their customers often having multiple sales throughout the year, giveaways, and discounts. They also provide great service so when I picked up and moved to a new town it was hard to know that I was going to have to find a new Heating and cooling business. I took my HVAC pretty seriously so I’m careful with what heating and AC businesses I choose. I decided that the best thing to do would be to ask around and see who could recommend what companies. That was how I found the last one and I’m sure that’s how I found my new one.

I know a lot of people that live with multiple family members have his own control HVAC system in order to make everybody comfortable.

This is because oftentimes these people have very different temperature preferences and in order to ensure that everybody has their temperatures that they want, they get a zone control heating and cooling system from their local HVAC corporation and have it installed in their home.

Luckily, in my household we didn’t need a zone control HVAC system. As funny as it might be, or weird depending on how you look at it, we all had very similar temperature preferences. My wife, my children, and I all have to hurt your purposes within two to three degrees of each other. I prefer the room temperature of the house to be 76, my wife to prefer 73, and my kids are right in the middle with referring temperatures of 74 to 75. The best part is, we’re all really flexible. So we can really set the thermostat to anything between one as long as it’s somewhere in the 70s and no one minds. It’s all these other people and families we hear about that are fussing and arguing over the different temperatures are something that we cannot relate to. We just get to enjoy our perfect temperatures.
