I have the greatest neighbor in the world, katie, is my favorite guy on earth.

My pal and I have been friends since we were just five years old. I cannot believe how long we have known each other. I seriously cannot imagine life without my sweet friend. Katie is unquestionably good at solving concerns and fixing things. I feel like I am exactly the opposite. I tend to create the concerns that he solves, and he unquestionably fixed my heating system on an accident the other day. I unquestionably wish that I could say that I accidently fixed something. I have no idea what was wrong with my heater, and neither does she. My heating system would turn off before my loft got up to temperature all of the time. It was so aggravating, however everytime that it turned off, I would have to go downstairs to the basement where the heating system was and restart the stupid thing. It was a pain to say the least. I would say that it unquestionably shut off about three times per day. I did not have the money to have an Heating, Ventilation & A/C company come over and fix my heater, so I was just living with the problem. My best neighbor came over one day, and he asked me why it was so cold. I told his that the heating system was messed up. She went down and messed with it for a few minutes, and my heating system has not had any issues since. I cannot believe it. I am so thankful for cool friends like Katie who have a way with things that I just don’t have, and I unquestionably won’t ever have.

I had trouble with the upstairs of my loft being too warm for quite some time.

It was unquestionably a good five years or so that I lived in my loft without having air conditioner upstairs.

I didn’t do anything about it for so long because I literally only went upstairs at evening to sleep. I knew that I had to write it down on my to-do list right then or I would forget about it before I was done with work. I went that actually same evening and obtained an a/c for my upstairs. It is so nice to go upstairs to a nice air conditioned space. I used to have trouble sleeping because I was so warm, so I am super thankful to not have to worry about being too warm anymore. I am so cheerful that my coworker mentioned how they wanted to get an a/c because I unquestionably still would not have an a/c if they had not mentioned that.

My hubby and I moved into the loft that we are living in now about four years ago, and the thing that attracted us the most to this loft was the fact that it came with a lot of property, then my hubby cares about to farm, and he wanted as much room as possible to do that. My pal and I also wanted to be able to supply ourselves with our own firewood off of our land instead of having to buy it from someone else. My pal and I did not realize that the fireplace in the loft did not work well. My hubby said that he thought the chimney just needed to be cleaned out, however it turns out that there were some other issues with the ancient fireplace. My pal and I could not afford to get it fixed up the way we wanted when we moved into the house, so we decided to wait on it and save money to be able to fix it up nicely in the future, well, we kind of just put it off for about three and a half years. My pal and I finally decided this fall that we wanted to fix up our fireplace. My pal and I hired a neighbor to come over and help us fix our fireplace; It turned out actually nicely. I enjoy the coloring of it now. It makes our loft super cozy as well. I cannot believe how much warmer the loft is now that we have the fireplace toiling. I unquestionably had to turn our heating system off completely the other day because it was so warm from the fireplace.

Nothing ruins the holidays like your heating system quitting. The Christmas season looked a little uncommon to me plus my partner this year. It was so nice to finally be able to afford gifts for our family plus friends. My pal and I usually only get one gift per person, plus they are usually budget gifts as well. My pal and I saved up all year long in order to get more gifts this year plus nicer gifts; Unluckyly, that did not happen this year either. It was September thirtieth when it all took site, then our family was leaving that stayed with us for Thanksgiving, plus we were getting ready to take a long nap after those crazy couple of afternoons. My pal and I noticed the home was a little chillier than usual, so we thought that maybe one of our family members had turned the heat down because there were so several people in the house, plus it was quite warm. My pal and I checked the control unit, plus the heat was set to seventy degrees just like usual. The temperature of the home was only sixty degrees though. My pal and I checked to make sure that none of the windows or doors were open. My pal and I could not find plus reason why the home would be so cool. My partner decided to go check the heating system in the basement. He found that it was completely off, plus he could not get it to tun on again. It got colder plus colder as the day went on. My pal and I called an HVAC company, plus they came over within just a few hours. Our heating system had died, plus we had to buy a current one. It took all of the money that we had saved up for gifts. It was quite a bummer, but least, we have heat now.

My fiance and I just got a new fireplace installed in our home office! I could not be happier with the results; My friend and I have both wanted a fireplace in there for years now… When my associate and I first moved into our house, my associate and I did some remodeling.

My friend and I planned to install the fireplace then, however things did not work out the way that my associate and I planned, and adding a fireplace was not in the budget at that time.

I am super cheerful that my associate and I were able to finally get one installed though, but better late than never is what I always say. It is easily a lovely fireplace. I have never seen one quite like ours before, but the stonework around the fireplace and the mantle is easily certain , and I easily like that. It gives our cabin some need character. My friend and I live in a subdivision, which is nice, however most of the houses in our town look alike, so to have something like our fireplace to set our cabin apart is easily nice. My fiance likes it as well. He says that although he picked it out, it turned out way better than he had ever planned for it to. I can’t wait for our kids to come house for the holidays so that I can show off our new fireplace. They wanted a fireplace in the home office when they still lived at home, so I feel that they may be a little jealous that my associate and I got one after they left. It is actually a fireplace to be jealous of for sure. I can’t wait to roast marshmallows over the flames like I used to do ever Christmas when I was a child. The holidays can’t come fast enough.

I hate moving.

As a girl, my family moved quite often.

I counted once, and I know that I moved around thirty times from age two through fifteen. I think that I hate moving because I moved so much when I was a child. My partner and I obtained a cute little home when my good friend and I first got married, and I thought that my good friend and I would never have to move, but my partner was offered a unquestionably good job in a town about three hours west of where my good friend and I were living. The pay for the job was double that of what he was currently getting paid, and the hours were much better as well. He simply could not resist, so my good friend and I moved. It was quite the trip. Some men that helped us move accidently broke my china cottageet which was given to me by my Grandma, so I was unquestionably frustrated. Thankfully, my partner was able to repair my china cottageet, despite the fact that I also dropped something. I dropped our only air conditioner. It broke into four substantial pieces. I was hoping that I would be able to glue it back together, but it did not happen. It was truly too destroyed to ever work again. My child saw how frustrated I was about it, so he tried to repair the air conditioner himself which was so sweet, but he was not able to repair it either. It truthfully does not get that warm where my good friend and I live, so my good friend and I only need the air conditioner for about three months out of the year. My partner said that he would stop by the store after work this week and buy us another air conditioner.

My partner, Vincent, and I have been married for over seven years now.

I cannot know how fast time flies. I love him so much, and I would not trade our relationship for the world. He is so kind and so loving. He treats me like a princess, and I love him! Even though my good friend and I get along great, my good friend and I are not perfect. There are some things that each of us do that annoy the other. I leave lights on in the house, and that annoys my partner so much. I do not try to leave them on, despite the fact that I just unquestionably do not remember to turn them off when I leave a room. My partner says that when he gets condo from work he will periodically kneel in the car and just count how many lights I have on in the house. My partner has a new habit that annoys me a bit and that is turning off the air conditioner. I am pregnant, and I am typically super hot, so having the air conditioner on is a must for me. My partner tends to get frosty at night, so he turns the air conditioner off which truthfully does not bother me if I am sleeping, but he forgets to turn it back on the next day, so I wake up to a warm, stuffy home which makes me so grumpy. To me, there is nothing worse than being sizzling when you are pregnant. I usually kneel directly in front of the air conditioner and drink my Pepsi in the day because it is the only way that I can stay cool enough.

I feel like I am typically cleaning.

It is so annoying.

I can remember my mother saying the same thing when I was younger, despite the fact that I never understood it at that time. I truly understand now. I have three lovely children and an amazing partner, but they all tend to make messes and not scrub up after themselves. I have made sure to teach my children ever since they were young to scrub up after themselves, but if I am not right there to remind them to scrub up their messes, they get distracted and go off to the next thing; Because I am typically doing dishes or mundane condo chores, I find that I do not scrub certain things as much as I should, the Heating, Ventilation as well as A/C units in my home were something that I never used to clean. I observed one day that my air conditioner smelled unquestionably bad, so I decided to scrub it for the first time since I obtained it.
