Have you ever stayed at a hotel that had bad heating or air conditioning? I have a few times while traveling on business.

It is not a good thing let me tell you that! It makes your stay very uncomfortable.

As a matter of fact, I can remember one of the time I had to stay in a hotel that had bad air conditioning. What I ended up doing because it was so bad and I was there on business, was I went out to a local store and bought a portable air conditioning system to run in my room. I could not leave the hotel and go and find another because the company I work for was paying for it. But with the portable air conditioning system I was able to get by and it was all ok. I have known others who have stayed at hotels with bad heating and air conditioning. And they all said pretty much the same thing. Some did what I did and bought either a portable air conditioning system or a portable space heater to make it have somewhat indoor comfort. I really think hotels need to keep on top of things in order to keep people paying to stay there happy. It can eventually give a hotel a bad name if they constantly have bad heating or air conditioning. You never know how that can affect things. So if you are a hotel management person reading this, I would seriously always make sure your heating and air conditioning is working great!

It was a really hot day last Saturday.

We are talking well over one hundred degrees! Normally, anyone and everyone would not feel so good with this, even with some kind of air conditioning.

However for me, I had recently invested into the most brand new, up to date and very powerful heating and air conditioning system unit. Because of this, I was actually able to have a pretty nice and smooth day at home when the temperatures were over one hundred degrees. I just stayed at home and enjoyed my central heating and air conditioning system’s cooling. I kept some of the blinds closed to help keep the sun out, but other than that, you would have no idea how hot it is outside if you were to have been in my house on that day. I really have to say that I am thankful that I was able to invest in such a high quality, top of the line and all so powerful central heating and air conditioning system unit. It was not easy to be able to afford such a high quality and super powered central heating and air conditioning system on the budget I am on. But I pulled it off through a heating and air conditioning payment plan with my local heating and cooling company here in town. And this past Saturday was the first time I really appreciated what i had gotten!

The one thing I have always wondered is if they will ever create floors that can cool your home.

Same concept as radiant heated floors except they are air conditioning.

I do not know how this can be done using the same heating and air conditioning technology to where you save money on energy use, but I know there has to be a way! Imagine if you could have both radiant heated floors as well as air conditioned floors. This would completely eliminate the need for central heating and air conditioning systems and would save you a whole bunch of money on energy use all together. This would be the absolute best thing that would ever be created or introduced in today’s heating and air conditioning technology if it was to happen. I could be thinking the impossible here, but deep down I know there has to be a way for this to become possible. If they came up with all kinds of other amazing heating and air conditioning technology I am almost certain they are experimenting with this idea I have in my head. I could not be the only person in the whole wide world that thought of it. There had to be more professional people in the world of heating and air conditioning technology that has thought of this. At least I am seriously hoping so. Heating and air conditioning technology is seriously due for something totally amazing like this as it has been a while since something happened like what I am saying.

I have to give my opinion on radiant heated floors after having them myself for over a year now.

I seriously believe that radiant heated floors are the future of whole home heating.

Right now the price of radiant heated floors are very much up there and not everyone can afford them. But I think that in time, radiant heated floors are going to go the same way that central heating and air conditioning did about 25 years ago. Which is that the prices will come down to where the average working class person can afford to get radiant heated floors for their home. It will be the way that everyone heats their homes in the future I think. Central air conditioning will still exist for cooling until someone comes up with another more energy efficient concept, but the central heating and air conditioning systems will no longer be that. They will be just stand alone central air conditioning units. Your heating will be taken care of from radiant heated floors throughout the home. Ever since I have had radiant heated floors not only has my energy bills been super low in the cold winter months of the year, but also the way the radiant heated floors heat my home is like no other form of heating I have ever experienced. Everything is so nice and warm with no cold spots in the house what so ever. Also I have to say that the radiant heated floors give off a better form of heating than central heating and air conditioning system’s heaters do.

I was initially interested in going completely ductless for my heating and air conditioning.

However when I found out the cost of what everything would be I found that you have to be rich in order to even afford it! First off, you would have to invest in several ductless mini split air conditioning systems if you have a large house like I have.

And right there you are talking almost 6 figures! Then on top of all of that, you will have to have each and every one of those converted to a ductless mini split heating and air conditioning system since they have not for whatever reason made ductless mini split heating and air conditioning systems. I think it is a scam to be honest. I mean, if it is possible to call your local heating and air conditioning company to send out a certified heat and a/c specialist to convert a ductless mini split air conditioning system to a ductless heating and air conditioning system, why can’t they just make them an all in one in the factory and save the consumer tons of money? I think they would make better sales and much more money rather than restricting such a thing to the rich only. It is the same concept as whole home air purification systems in terms of cost. So forget ductless heating and air conditioning if you are not a millionaire or super well off. I know I have! I will just have to stick with my basic poor man central heating and air conditioning system unit for the time being.

I have been thinking about making a major change to the way I heat and cool my home.
