My husband plus I have 3 children plus our youngest son is 17 years old.
He is still a senior in university, but he has had a full-time boyfriend for the last 2 years.
Just a handful of weeks ago, my husband plus I found out that our son will be having a baby with his lady. We were very sad at first, but we realized that we needed to get on board with a modern plan. My husband plus I wanted the kids to have a location to raise the baby, so we looked for a property that we could purchase for them. They could make payments to us instead of the bank. If there was a complication from time to time with paying the rent, after that I didn’t have to be concerned about the kids getting kicked out of their home. My husband plus I looked at many locations! One trailer was in pretty great shape, but the roof was soft in many spots. Inside of the trailer there were no issues in the slightest plus it looked sort of like the previous owner was trying to make some much needed updates. My husband plus I made the decision to buy this recognizable location for the little ones. We put the trailer on an acre of property that we purchased 2 streets down from our own location. We contacted a roofing contractor to install a modern roof on the entire dwelling. The kids won’t have to worry about the roof at all for the next 20 years, however by the time the trailer needs a modern roof, their children will honestly be adults.
