Sitting at home, enjoying the championship game, eating some salty popcorn with salsa on a Thursday night is 1 of our preferred past times.
I set everything up and occasionally friends show up which is consistently a plus. But being home alone is just as good for me. Sitting in our home with the a/c on is a bonus. I’m not a big fan of driving to the venue and sitting with several thousand other fans all screaming for our team to win. It’s ok if we’re winning but if the game is close or my associates and I are going to lose, then some fans turn into jerks. I just want to have a good time and if our local team does lose then it’s whatever. I don’t get frustrated over something I can’t control, during TV commercial breaks, I try to get up and stretch out a bit or grab a beverage from the cooler. It’s usually 1 out of every 3 commercial breaks I do this because there are so many during a championship game. I suppose when it comes to the pigskin game itself, there are far too many TV commercials. Then there was an Heating & Air Conditioning maintenance commercial to remind us that winter time is coming fast, and my associates and I should contact our local heating and cooling company for any Heating & Air Conditioning related needs. This reminded myself and others that I should contact the local Heating & Air Conditioning company just to have our Heating & Air Conditioning system check out to make sure it’s good to go for the winter. Winter weather is fast approaching and it’s essential that our Heating & Air Conditioning system is in decent working order because it gets absurdly cold where I live.
