Sometimes living in a big house isn’t the greatest thing in the world but other times it is.
Right now, I have a twisted mindset about what’s going on with our apartment.
There are issues with the central cooling system so the a/c isn’t working currently. I have to wait for a Heating & Air Conditioning specialist to come out and repair whatever issues are taking locale. The negative aspect is that I need to wait for our Heating & Air Conditioning system to be looked at but the positive is that the landlord has to pay for any repair work that needs to be done. So in the grand plot of things, I don’t have to stress at all about cooling repairs. I have to look at it that way or I believe I would be frustrated. The local cooling specialist won’t be coming to our house for 2 mornings and the weather outside hasn’t particularly been so great. It’s sizzling and humid which makes myself and others a bit irritated. I’m not going to sit around our house outside of work and deal with the heat, I called our sister Emma to spend a few mornings there. I believe Emma has central a/c so I believe I’ll still be cool for those mornings. I don’t want our sleep to be affected so I’m stoked that I have a family to count on. The only pitfall with that is Emma has this discouraging pet who loves to jump all over myself and others and occasionally Emma doesn’t do a good job at keeping him clean. He does odor from time to time and that pet breath? It is disgusting. Oh well, it’s just a few more mornings and I’ll be out of Emma’s hair and back in our own bed.
