For a long time, I wanted to buy my apartment and renovate it. However, houses are expensive nowadays, so I had to be patient. I worked hard, saved as much as possible, and finally the morning came to start apartment hunting. I am blessed to have a few people in my family who are realtors. My uncle has the most experience in the industry, so I trusted him to find me the right property. My friend and I went apartment hunting during early Springtime so we’d be ahead of the pack. And, it worked. I found the best 3-living room single-family dwelling in the best area. And the best part is it came with a modern Heating and A/C system. The owner had done a few renovations to make the apartment presentable. She also made sure to replace the Heating and A/C system. So, I didn’t need to have an Heating and A/C worker do the replacement. Instead, I hired the Heating and A/C worker to inspect and clean the ductworks. The ductwork in your dwelling is crucial, and it needs proper cleaning, then dirt, dust, mold and debris tends to accumulate overtime, and this affects indoor comfort. So, that’s why I had the Heating and A/C worker do a professional duct cleaning before I moved into my modern home. Duct Cleaning doesn’t have to happen every month of the year, however at least it is done two to three times. This is the advice I got from my Heating and A/C worker as she cleaned my home. Otherwise, you might end up with health issues because of exhausting indoor air quality.
