I recently bought a charming white armchair for my living room. I found it at an antique shop for a honest price & decided to purchase it that afternoon. I was so excited to get my new chair in the room & decorate with pillows & a throw blanket. The afternoon after I got it set up in the living room, I noticed that the a/c was not functioning properly in the living room. Irritated, I contacted the local Heating, Ventilation, & A/C company & put in a request for a visit. I was not household when the Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional got there, so I had my child let him in, and he went to work in the attic, which happened to be directly above the living room; When I returned I noticed a dark stain on my brand new antique arm chair! The Heating, Ventilation, & A/C professional had accidentally spilled a dark substance in the attic & it was leaking onto the chair from the ceiling. He must have heard me yell because he came hastily out of the ceiling & down to the living room, once he noticed he stain, he instantly apologized & offered to have the chair updated I accepted his apology, however there was no updatement for this identifiable armchair. I told him that it was one of a kind, & he felt awful.
