I worked overtime the other afternoon because it’s the end of the year & my pal and I have to come up with solutions on how my pal and I want to better the corporation, but since all the people is so stressed during the week my pal and I had to come into work on our afternoon off & have a meeting upstairs at the office, but i genuinely dread having any contact with the upstairs office, then the reason for that being is that there is no ventilation & it’s always so sizzling in there in the Summer & always unquestionably frigid in the winter time & there is no form of a/c or heater; Our boss decided to set up a portable a/c unit, but he thought that even during the winter time time it would be beneficial since there would be some sort of air circulating through the upstairs.
I did not think it was the greatest idea because winter time air is already dry & having a/c on is only going to dry out the office space even more, and my associate and I were all upstairs for a great three hours for the meeting & I left with a unquestionably scratchy throat.
I think because the air was so dry & at times it was so cold, that was the result of it. I have to deal with a scratchy throat & it potentially leading to a cold. I was legitimately on a roll with not getting sick during the winter. But I think that is going to change thanks to the upstairs office not having any form of ventilation, the a/c being on, & even coming into work on my afternoon off.
